The amount of fictitious reviews of this business is alarming. The supposed reviewers often review the exact same businesses, which is highly unlikely to happen by coincidence. When searching on Google this appears to be a great place but again the likelihood of 22 people giving this place five stars is very low. The old trick is to make an account and do several reviews to make it look legitimate. Whoever did these primarily reviewed the exact same businesses, which was a major red flag. I have no idea as to the quality of service because I would not go to a doctor that allows his business to mislead potential patients. Photos of reviews included for comparison.

This was the last eye doctor I went to and have recently moved. I tried buying new contacts but my prescription - that hasn't changed in 20 years - expired. The receptionist denied the order and cheerfully called me to let me know. I asked if there was a temporary set they could send me or any way they could help me out as its a 2 week wait to get in to a doctor in Portland and my last two contacts tore unexpectedly and I legit have no other options. She happily told me no and basically said good luck. So glad I am in a new area as I will never do business with a company that only cares about you when they have you as a prospective or current customer. Lesson learned. Very positive demeanor though...which is odd when you go out of your way to NOT help someone.

The staff is what makes this office special. Everyone, from Dr. Paden on down is knowledgeable, friendly and they take the time to listen and answer my questions. The office always seems to be on schedule but I never feel rushed. If you need an eye care professional I think you'll be happy with Dr. Paden and his staff. Great service because they're great folks.

I highly recommend Dr. Paden and Paden Eye Care Center. I have been a patient since 1988 and have seen Dr. Paden help so many people. One of my friends had Wet macular degeneration and with his treatments it has been holding and staying stable for a year and a half with no further treatment. I was with her at the first appointment when she could barely read the top line, now her vision is very good.. He has helped several people I know with a special laser treatment for glaucoma and now they don't have to do the glaucoma drops.. ( this doesn't work with everyone ) but one of those patients was my husband and he is so thankful not to have to use daily drops. Dr. Paden treats his staff like he does his patients. He treats them like family and gives his best care to everyone. Most of his staff from the Front Desk to Optical have been with him for many years and that says so much.. We get our contacts and glasses there as well. Great selections !

I was very impressed with my visit at Paden Eye Care Center. The whole staff from the front desk to the assistant (Andrea) who did my preliminary work up were very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Paden was very thorough while doing my examination. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I also interacted with his staff before coming to my appointment. They promptly returned my calls and sent me additional information by mail to answer my questions before coming in. Overall, I would rate Paden Eye Care Center 5 stars.

I had cataract/lens replacement surgery in both eyes. Everyone was wonderful and very patient even though I can get a bit demanding. I was terrified of the surgery but it was quick an painless and the results were unbelievable.

I was given a basic eye exam to get a new prescription. After it was over, i was led up to the front desk with my prescription in hand. There, the woman showed me what my insurance paid and what was left over for glasses. She then handed me the billing form and told me that they are really expensive due to them being a private practice (they billed $490 of the $400 insurance coverage) so i should take my prescription somewhere else to get my glasses. I was dumbfounded. Never even gave me the option to help me with a new set of glasses.
