They're very knowledgeable I guess but they are way too busy for their own good. They squeeze so many people in per day as they can you can't even have any meaningful dialogue with the doctor. Not really worth the time you spend waiting.

I am forever grateful for being referred to an expert at this office, Dr Kunz. He is the only reason I have been able to avoid a cornea transplant. Dr Kunz has worked with me to keep down the high costs of the medicines I've needed and the office never passes on more of the bill to me than my co-pay for insurance. He and the people who work at the office are genuenly kind, care about the patients they see, and make a great effort to ensure everyone feels at home. I have "white coat feaver" but have never been on edge when at this or the office near river bend--and I've been to both offices plenty of times due to ongoing treatment. Every one who has helped me learned my name within 2 times of seeing me and makes sure to say 'hello' when I'm in. I will never go to another eye expert if I have the choice.

I had a bad experience all the way around. It seems like they have their "assistants" do all of the exam portion, and unfortunately they had no clue how to operate the exam equipment and it was clear they had little to no experience. Halfway through I was told I would have to sign an agreement that I would pay $75 for a contact lense "fit and education" fee that would not be covered by my insurance even though I have had the same prescription and lenses for 12 years. Dr was in the room for about 30 seconds and told me just to call in my existing prescription when I got home. It felt like a complete scam of an eye exam.

Cataract surgery by Dr. Kunz was amazing. The experience was not at all unpleasant, the results were excellent, and Dr. Kunz is a master of his profession.

I had almost the exact same experience another reviewer Molly M. described. Dr. Champer seemed rushed and was impatient and appeared annoyed because I was uncomfortable doing the laser treatment. I have another one coming on my left eye in 2 weeks and will take Molly's advice and cancel and reschedule my appointment with another doctor. The nurses were very nice though.

WARNING do not go here! We went to check my sons eye he immediately tried to prescribe glasses to my four year old who wasn’t paying attention to their test. We told him we aren’t putting glasses on him today and that we wanted a second opinion... he then proceeded to call us bad parents and we are committing borderline child abuse.. he looked angry shaking and trembling like he was going to try to fight me. His name is keyhan aryah. I will be sure to go to a better rated eye dr next time one that won’t try to call me a “child abuser.” Scumbag

I have been seen by Dr. Champer three times now and the experience has gotten progressively worse each time. Today he appeared disheveled, hurried and just basically annoyed with everything, most importantly me. I was yelled at, told "don't worry about it", "it's not a big deal" and "just ignore it" as he was sticking needles in my eye and consistently disregarding any of my needs. He gave me no indication as to what to expect or what was expected of me during any part of the procedure. I would strongly encourage anyone who is scheduled or referred to Dr. Champer to cancel your appointment and/or schedule with another practicioner. As someone who works in the medical field I can assure you this is despicable in the way a patient should be treated!! I hope this review helps and for the record, it's the first review I've ever written!

I feel absolutely grateful for the professionalism Dr. Kunz provided me, after almost 7 months of total blindness in one eye and severe blurryness in the other, he prescribed me glasses that precisely matched the needs of my eyes to remedy my poor eyesight issues. I have never been more pleased about the service I was provided at Oregon Eye Consultants. I have seen Dr. Aryah for many years and not only does he really listen to your needs, so does the staff. I am greeted when I show up and before I schedule a returning appointment they make sure all my questions have been answered. I now have my 6 year old going to Oregon Eye Consultants and he loves how friendly everyone is! I highly recommend Oregon Eye Consultants.

Not happy with the hasty service "exam" I received by Dr. Arya, felt as a rushed Drive-Thru visit. I felt like the Dr was more in rush to get to the next patient. Not happy with the service and the lack of care. Now I need to make an appointment to see an Optometrists (yes optometrist) hopefully I'll get better care and service.

Dr. Kunz delivered superior care. The more I worked with him, the more relaxed and responsive he became (to my needs) and seemed to smile more and listen more. He also seemed more willing to share information with me about my eye. These are all things a patient needs and deserves at the very least. Thanks, Dr. Kunz! Unfortunately, I witnessed poor and unfair treatment by reception towards a 97 year-old gentleman named Milton who wanted an a.m. appointment and was told no, he could only be seen in the afternoon. This infuriated me! I fear the day I become 97 and am treated so unprofessionally with such uncaring and disrespect. Really? He couldn't be accommodated with this one humble request? Shame on Oregon Eye Consultants! I am ashamed, angry, and disappointed at at myself, as well, that I didn't say something at the time. I am now.

Terrible customer service and execution. I had recently moved out of town, but made one last order through OEC for my contact prescription. They were to be sent to my new address which was read back to me and correct. Somehow they were actually shipped to the wrong city! Then they were to overnight a trial and my prescription which sounded like a kind gesture. It would have been if either of these things happened. 4 days and more than 10 phone calls later still no prescription to myself or the optometrist. Horrible service and knowledge of their own system capabilities.

RUN! I went and saw Dr. Aryah he was the most unperfesional dr I've ever ment. He yelled in front of my son standing over me and him calling me a bad mom. He's threatening to call CPS on me for wanting a second opinion before permanently putting glasses on my 4 year old son. Who ate a hand full of sugar before to exam which they were aware of and didn't care. They never dilated has pupils and the exam lasted 15 mins. Now he is harassing my PCP to force me to put glasses on him. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
