WORST customer service ever. They schedule patients like cattle waiting and waiting forever, so many people going out door.. Listened to receptionist talk to lady about their hair color and said to those 10 min apart "be right with you" garbage. Over schedule. EVERYONE apologising for long wait to everyone. All staff VERY nice just don't know how to run a business properly. Over booked over booked over booked. Think they will get it. Probably NOT. No management or direction just go with the flow what that will be. Walked out after waiting 1hr 15 min. Don't waste your time here find someone who really cares by action not words

The office refuses to provide full prescription, so you can't order your glasses anywhere else. They hold back the pupillary distance, the magic number, which is the measurement of the distance between your two pupils (not an eyeglasses measurement) so that you have to either buy glasses from them, or go get another eye exam somewhere else. Federal law requires providers to give all information necessary to obtain lenses, but they refuse. They claim it is to protect their liability. I paid hundreds of dollars to get an exam with them, but can not do anything with it. It's like if your doctor wouldn't give you your prescription unless you bought the medicine from them. Beware.

I have been going here for years and taking my family. I call to make an appointment to get my yearly eye exam. I'm told my contact recheck will go from $45 to $75 in addition to my annual eye check cost!!! Greedy people. Not getting my contacts refit but just checked talked to the office manager she assured me the were just matching current industry costs. Well I called around and she is crazy. Greedy people!!!!!!

I have been there a year ago but today they just won't answer the phone not like them at all and its only 11:15 a.m. so they are not on their lunch break .

If you value your time I would not go here. Showed early as requested for first appointment but wasn't seen until 45 minutes after the scheduled time. 2nd appointment I arrived 5 minutes early as requested. When it got to be 25 minutes past the appointment time with nothing happening I left. Won't be back - there are other places.

I got frustrated with my eye doctor at Eye Care Center in Salem on S Commercial St. . He didn't give me much information about a new condition, and I wasn't sure about his diagnosis. Plus, their eyeglass frames at the optical place there are very expensive. I made an appt for a second opinion at Med. Center Eye Clinic, and the eye doctor there seemed more thorough, answered more questions, and came to a different conclusion. But also, the staff in general are more friendly, and when you call, there is not a super long automated message advertising Lasik, etc. before you can choose 1 to 5 about an appt. . At Med Center Clinic I actually get a person when I call, and when I had a question, the assistant for my doctor called back within about an hour. I am definitely changing to the doctor at Med Center Eye.

Very happy with MCEC! Have had great service with the front staff, the medical assistants and Shaula. Dr. Dodd is an amazing doctor. I feel blessed and would recommend this clinic highly.

I needed an emergent appointment. Darita was able to get me in, organized my chart notes from multiple disciplines, including the hospital. All within a few hours, I was extremely impressed.
