They were not that friendly. Usually when I come they do a good job in explaining, but the last time I came they were being rude, they did not explain things good or even treat us good. It was not a pleasing expierence.

My roommate had cataracts and other eye issues. When the first place she was sent was not good service, she refused to get further services and asked her doctor for an alternative. She was sent here. Both surgeries went very well. She sees better out of one of her eyes than she ever has in her life. I have always gone in with her. They treated both of us with a lot of care, consideration, and respect. All questions were answered, every person we interacted with was helpful and informative, and some were plain fun to be with. Highly recommend both Dr. Erik Jones and Dr. Sirichai Pasadhika. They are both very, very good at their jobs, caring, and willing to answer any and all questions, as are their staff. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Plus, parking was always free, and we could park on the level for handicapped parking so my roommate, who has not been able to walk well for a while could manage. If I were ever to need eye care or surgery, I would come here, no question.

Dr. Straiko and Staff are Amazing - so grateful we found them. The surgery for my husband's kerataconis (sp?) went so smooth. We have had to call the technician's twice post surgery. They had a sense of urgency and addressed our concerns. We are so appreciative of the amazing work that this group does.

Agree with other reviews - great doctors and doctor's assistants - the rest of the staff is horrible, no compassion, not interested in helping, never heard of customer service...and the phone support is even worse. If not for the fact that I have been referred here for specialized care, I would never set foot in the place again...but let me re-emphasize, great Dr's if you can cope with the lousy staff.

The front desk staff is ridiculous. How are doctors like Dr. Terry allowing this to be what represents their office? On top of going out of their way to be rude, like they can't even believe you ruined their day by showing up for your appointment, we have made appointments twice on our way out, and when we arrived for our next appointment, they had no record of it. We luckily had our appointment slips.

Doctor Mark Terry is a great eye surgeon and does such a fantastic surgery. He saved my eye sight! He has also renewed the vision of children that would have been doomed to a life of blindness. AMEN! and praise God for hero's like this. Mary Werner- Svinth

If there was a rating for something worse than a 1 star I would rate it a 0 or negative star ! Front desk is a joke! They are so rude and unprofessional ! Both of them that sit in the first 2 windows are rude and have no customer service at all ! Back office staff are nice. I will never come back to this place!

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I called several times for various reasons and on every occasion the response has been helpful and courteous. Wait time was much less than expected. Everything is full explained. Overall, the facility is a model of efficiency. I am dumbfounded at the poor reviews.

It was my first time visiting so I was a little confused with the hospital complex. When I walked in to the front desk to check in, the lady was unprofessional and rude to me. I had did my best to fill out patient information online and did everything I could to save administration 's time, I was also certain that my appointment was under Legacy Good Samaritan. The lady insisted I don't have an appointment and refuse to trouble shoot for me. The interesting part is that she was actually able to locate my personal information, even my home address, but continue to tell me she could not help me, and kept telling me I did not have an appointment with them. It's year 2018! Informational technology nowadays makes cross-referencing so easy, and she literally just roll back her chair away from her desk and shrug her shoulder at me multiple times! Unbelievable! Because she refuse to check me in or locate my doctor, I had to leave the building and reschedule my appointment online myself at home! Legacy really need to hire proactive people for their front desk, hospital is a place about problem-solving, not vacationing at your desk.
