Great service, great team! I've been seeing Doctor Bishop and using the Eyecare Center of Salem for many, many years and throughout this time they have continued to update their diagnostic equipment as the industry (as in any field) continues to evolve. Dr. Bishop always takes time to ensure my changing vision is addressed correctly and makes sure I always know what my options are. They also make sure I get the most out of my insurance coverage. The entire team is focused on quality customer service and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The place I have been going for the last year and a half,kept ruining my frames no matter how many chances I gave them I was so upset ,that I was in tears.So I read the reviews here and decided to go there due to there great reviews.I asked for Danelle ,and she fixed my frames!! Great staff and wonderful doctors they are very helpful at getting the right frames. The only thing I have an issue with is they are always behind and never notify you, at least the last 2 years I've come here with my son.

Shortly after moving to Oregon from Pennsylvania I had a horrible eye infection - a corneal ulcer. It was the weekend and most eye places were closed. I thank Dr. Bishop for coming in on the weekend to see me and guiding me to the right ER in Portland. Without proper care I feel I may have gone blind in that eye.

I went in to find a new frame because the one I had was giving me headaches and it seemed that no amount of adjustment could fix it. The lady there (Danielle) was able to adjust my current frame instead of having to buy a new one. No more headache and the adjustment was free even though I didn't get the frame from them.

This clinic is a provider for my vision insurance, and my husband and I had our first appointment with them on Friday, March 31. The eye exam was very thorough using state of the art instruments, and any additional test options were clearly explained and priced. I felt very confident that Dr. Bishop made sure of my updated prescription and investigated a little "curiosity" he found in my eyeball, explaining everything and asking me if I had any questions. Working with KarolAn on our glasses was a pleasure. She was funny and helpful through both of our frame and lens selections - FOUR pairs of glasses! I am highly satisfied and can't recommend them enough.
