i would not go back to Cascade Eye Care if you paid me...i started going there to Dr. Leavitt's father 25 years ago, who i adored and had a wonderful relationship with , even though we had a little confrontation once which i tried talking to his son about, who works there now , but his son couldn't handle the conversation and split with an immature demeanor. But, that's not the only thing wrong with Cascade Eye Care...walking through there is almost spooky compared to 25 years ago...now, the whole place is about pushing glasses on you...they don't tell you that you are having a 'lens exams' you are required to pay $40 upon leaving...they break that news to you after you start to leave...and you have to leave with all these 'glasses' they want to sell you looking at you in the face...all employees are dressed in black, all women no men, most over weight, no make up, no individuality...Dr. Leavitt dresses like a hippie compared to any of his staff...i think this place will go well with really older people...i doubt anyone in their right mind , who is younger and wants vibrant, professional care , would go there...Dr. Leavitt's aid is pleasant and professional but Dr. Leavitt can not handle confrontation without freaking out just goes into the denial mode and does not really 'care'...regardless, the interior of the office, the staffs' dull black attire, lack of a male helper at the windows and rank , overbearing commercialism leaves a rotten taste in my mouth...i'm getting another Dr. in Medford...oh, well...times are a changing...
