Appointment was 10:00am I showed up with all paperwork completed at 9:40. At 10:20 they informed me my appointment was actually at 2:00 and wouldn't see me before. I came back at 1:35 its 2:30 and I'm still waiting! UDATE 7/3 AT 4:00PM I LEFT because I still had not seen the Doctor.

I suffered a detached retina that was misdiagnosed by another doctor twice. Dr Shah did a great job of repairing my eye and I have regained 20/20 vision in it. They have been great about calling me back when I have questions as well. Dr Shah called me on a Sat within 15 minutes of my call to the answering service over concerns I had. I would recommend them to anyone having major issues with their vision.

My wife Connie had a completely detached retina. Time was of the essence or vision in her left eye would have been lost forever. Dr. Phelps performed the surgery on his day off which was a Friday. He came in on Saturday for her post-op exam. Dr. Phelps and his entire staff made a very difficult and emotional experience for my wife and myself more than bearable. He even prayed with her before surgery. This kind of compassion and dedication is almost unheard of in today's world. For this we are eternally grateful. Thank you Dr. Phelps.

Staff and Dr.'s are great but waiting 2 hrs from scheduled appointment time is ridiculous so bring a lunch because you'll be here awhile.

No complaints about the skill or ophthalmic care. Their Front Office is entirely another matter though. The Office Manager demanded that I pay BEFORE being seen. I objected to paying for a service before it had been rendered, but was treated very rudely and dismissively. I now have a new eye doctor.

e. Brian Phelps performed a retina surgery on myself. I want to highly compliment him and the whole staff that tended to me. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable throughout my treatment. If I had it to do again, they will be the very ones !

It is my belief that Dr. Phelps is an extremely competent and caring ophthalmologist. Not only did he perform a delicate procedure on my eye, but he took a considerable amount of time to answer my concerns after the operation, instead of just dismissing them. I had chosen Dr. Phelps after much research online and I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. He is not one to brag about himself, but I think anyone would be wise to choose him for any operation for which he is qualified. He strikes me as someone who strives to excel in his profession and recognizes how important it is to his patients that they have the best possible results. As a side note, the office runs smoothly, with a reasonable waiting period, and all the personnel are friendly and helpful. Don't think twice about seeing Dr. Phelps. You will be in good hands!
