I was very happy with everything from this office. On time, cordial staff, Dr. Crain knowledgeable about my problem. Was happy with the way he explained the problem to me and went away feeling that I had a very good exam and that it was a very nice office to work with appts. and punctuality. I will return again and give them a top of the scale as a review.

I went here about 6 months ago and was appalled at the entire experience. First, you are herded to one room after another, four in all, I think. Then the eye exam was by some angry little woman who hurried and did NOT get the little lens things to a point where I was seeing clearly. She just seemed to get frustrated and stopped. Then she put the dilating drops in my eyes and touched the tip to my inner eye! Really grossed me out because the bottle had already been opened and looked like it had been used before. I did not fill the eyeglass prescription because I did not feel confident that it was accurate.

I felt like the clinic was an "eye ball mill" ushing lots of people through to collect a paycheck. At one point you're taking an eye exam in a back room file—shelves on file folders to the side covered by an ugly piece of plastic. My impression just doesn't set well with me there and I care to give my money to a Dr. that I think has my personal interest at heart.
