I HAD CATARACT SURGERY ON BOTH EYES, THE STAFF AND DR. JACKSON WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL . EXPLAIN IN DETAIL THE SURGICAL PROCEDURE. I AM PLEASE WITH THE RESULTS.I WILL RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

What a fabulous experience I had with Dr Jackson and his staff. I had Cataract Surgery and had the best care ever from his office staff as well as the surgical staff.

Worst patient care I've ever experienced. Felt like my needs were the last thing on his mind. More worried about the thunder game than my eye care. Very sarcastic and even talked down to not only me but my wife. Unacceptable attitude and I was paying in 100 dollar bills. Got treated like I was just a number filling a time slot. I would have paid 10,000 to be properly taking care of. Got treated like a financial poor person and was lucky to get what he wanted to do for me. Beware! Great surgin is the only thing he's got going for him but don't expect a doctor patient relationship. Not even close!

My husband has vision in one eye and is very protective of eye care. We felt Dr. Jackson was very compassionate concerning his apprehensions. He was very pleased with the results of cataract surgery. The wait time is somewhat lengthy in the waiting room but worth it when it comes to vision.
