I got my LASIK done at this office. I had Dr. Lohman, and he was amazing. He answered all questions I had and addressed any concerns. I have never felt more comfortable with an eye doctor. This office truly spends time on professionalism and treating patients right. I would recommend this office for ANY eye needs but especially LASIK. I would not have gone anywhere else, and I do not regret anything. The staff is also just as amazing. Each person that I dealt with was kind, professional, caring, and VERY knowledgeable. The entire staff is informative and helps with every need.

Dr. Willett and Dr. Pipitone are very thorough and excellent doctors. I am so very appreciative for all that they did to save my vision. Absolutely AMAZING staff -- Everyone is so skilled and friendly! I've been to numerous physicians/specialists for my "untreatable" corneal damage (I had RK surgery in 1987) and Dr. Lohman is the ONLY ONE that offered me options and optimism. I decided to have him perform the surgery (he walked me through the entire process/risks/rewards prior to ME making the decision) and although the results are still in progress we are very pleased with the outcome so far. The staff is so very patient and quite simply --friendly! The surgery staff, the reception area, the support medical staff and Dr. Lohman himself all made me feel relaxed and confident. As unsure and nervous as I have been they have all treated me with respect, understanding, and a few times some pretty funny interactions. I have had Dr. Jones operate on both my eyes for corneal erosions and he is spectacular! Very kind and caring and making sure you are comfortable, explaining every step of the procedure. St. Claire's Surgery Center has the nicest and most caring staff. One year later I have nearly perfect sight for distance and negligible corrections for middle and close distances! Just remember, you have to have a lot of patience when dealing with any eye surgery! They will keep tabs, yearly, on my dry eye syndrome. Extremely pleased with this group of doctors!

I receive my contacts and glasses here. There is a great selection for any style. They have taken great care of my eyes over the years. All of my experiences have been great. The staff is friendly and the doctors are extremely professional. I feel exceptionally comfortable in their hands. Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons are exemplary, from a simple check up to surgery. I can't wait to get LASIK. They will certainly be the ones I go to.

Follow-up review……….I had cataract surgery in my left eye only (near sight eye/ monovision) June 2018. I previously had lasik surgery bilaterally approximately 8 years before this. Since I was having a surgery over a past surgery, I was informed that the healing time would be more extensive. After 4 weeks out of having this cataract surgery, I felt that my vision was now too near-sighted for my liking in my corrected eye. After talking with the NEO Eye surgeons, we immediately began a plan to help rectify this concern. I was carefully monitored. I returned at different times over the next 4 months to have more measurements and testing to make sure that my eye was healthy and could handle the next projected surgery of PRK/ enhancement. The Surgeons wanted to ensure that the vision in my left eye would be more acceptable to me. I did have to wear a contact in the affected eye for 2 months. This replicated what the enhancement surgery was going to do for my vision. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Wearing the contact was very easy after Dr. Greiner instructed me on proper care/use of the contact. I had my PRK surgery 5 days ago now and got my contact/ bandage removed yesterday. The surgery went well for me and I had absolutely no pain afterwards. My eyesight is improving daily. I was informed that it still may take a couple of weeks for ‘full’ recovery and clearer near vision in that eye (as with any surgery). I feel that I was treated very professionally and considerately for my concern. I am happy to be on the road to recovery with eyesight that I am more content with. I went here for an exam to see if i was a good candidate for Lasik surgery. My mom had cataract surgery done here on both eyes and has had excellent eyesight for the past several years as a result. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. While I decided that I wasn't ready to go ahead with the surgery, I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering it. They did a great job of explaining everything and answering questions.
