Dr. O’Neill did a great job, very nice and professional and also informative.

My parents and I have went to this doc for our eye issues, procedures, surgeries and wellness visits for years. Today parents were both seen, and wasn't told until after the visit that they no longer accepted their insurance. So my parents already on a fixed income had to pay out of pocket. So the receptionist failed to tell them this when they scheduled the appointment to begin with. We are upset and frustrated that they didn't say something before hand. This is very distasteful. And to those thinking of going make sure your insurance is accepted before being seen. You'll have to ask because they clearly don't care enough to ask.
