The receptionist is very rude, she kept cutting me off and not letting me finish my sentences. And they even want to charge me a $50 Co pay even though my insurance covers 100% of the office visit! I will never use this doctor's office!

My husband had a scary experience Sunday March 3rd, 2019: A blood vessel broke inside his eye, he couldn't see! A high blood pressure problem basically. I called around Monday and no one could get us in for weeks. I called Eye Specialists. They were so understanding and worked him in on Tuesday. As we have sat in the waiting room the last 8 weeks as he received treatment, we have talked to a lot of people, all of them telling us Dr. Patel is an amazing, brilliant doctor who has treated them very successfully. I am writing this to say Dr. Patel saved my husband's vision. We are very grateful to him and to his staff. I am always amazed, the wait times in the waiting room are so short...they get you in to your appointment quickly. And Dr. Patel has the most incredible staff, I can't say enough about them. I don't know how we could have gotten through this without them-they are that good;they are so kind, patient, caring, knowledgeable...we leaned on Dr Patel and the staff because it was scary when it happened. Dr.Patel has THE most amazing ability to explain things so clearly and simply, and to articulately explain the options. I'm writing this in the hopes it will help someone. A special thanks to Chelsey, Makayla, Tiffany, Christi, Shannon, Kristy, and Kylie, and everyone there...our eternal gratitude to you all.
