Dr. Biberdorf is amazing and so kind. He identified an retinal condition my daughter had, an unusual one, and swiftly made and facilitated appropriate referrals. Had he not been so competent and diligent, she likely would have lost her sight in one eye.

Extremely disappointed. Have tried them twice. I don't dress fancy, t shirt and jeans with flip flops but for the record my wife and I are profs at the university. No need to tell me repeatedly that I will have to pay for the whole bill up front. Thanks but no thanks, I can afford any glasses I want. Condescending, go elsewhere. Lifetime and opticare were very polite.

I brought myself and our two kids for a eye exam and update our prescriptions. I made the appointment requesting Dr. Biberdorf and was told upon arrival we would see Dr. Schaff instead. After the exams I went to the front desk to pay for these appointments and get our prescriptions. I specifically told the lady we would like our PD measurements on the written prescriptions. Unfortunately I didn’t look them over before leaving. When I called the office to let them know they didn’t include the PDs I was told that was an extra charge that I should’ve asked for during the exam! The doctor was ok but our scheduling and front desk services were lacking friendliness and possibly knowledge of services. I should’ve been told at the desk we needed to have the extra scan and extra charge when I asked for the PD in the office that day. Now I will have to take a second trip which is 1hour and 30 minutes from home to get our entire prescriptions! I am not impressed with this clinics services.

Dr Jones has always treated me with a professional attitude for the last 40 years. He always takes time to answer any question I may have and is very informed about medical facts as well as optometry related questions. The technical staff has a huge amount of patience dealing with bent frames and adjusting frames for finicky customers.

My appointment here was fast and quick. Dr. Hall was quick and informative about my eyes and explained everything. The receptionist that helped me was very nice. Got my glasses the very next day. And the staff fitted them in me perfect and got coffee and a raisin cookie while I waited! Awesome place!

Great place and very wonderful staff!! I would like to thank them for getting me in right away and starting antibiotics. Also for helping me realize that well my vision isn't the best and glasses is the way to go. Thank you again for wonderful servers and all the help.

Dr. Schaff at Valley Vision is an excellent practioner. He has helped me find contacts that work even though I've tried many other docs and many types of lenses. The office at Valley Vision is well run and my appointments are always on time.

I've always had such a great experience here. I used to live in GF and went here for my eye exams. I've since moved but was recently back visiting family in the area and my luggage was lost by the airlines, unfortunately with all of my daily contacts in the suitcase. I stopped into Valley Vision to see if there was any way they could help, and they went above and beyond! I was able to get my prescription faxed from my current doctor in Nevada and Valley Vision gave me some daily lenses. I am still beyond grateful! They could have easily been nice and sent me on my way, but instead were so nice and made a somewhat stressful situation better. Thanks so much!!

I had my first appointment at Valley Vision in January with Dr. Jason Schaff. My time at the doctor's office was relaxing and enjoyable. I was taken back within ten minutes of arriving. Dr. Schaff listened as I told him about my unique astigmatism and how I wanted to fit into contacts because of my personal occupation. He did just that. To put that cherry on top of a great appointment, Dr. Schaff and a staff member Heidi fixed my glasses that had been broken for months. I would highly recommend Valley Vision Clinic for your next eye appointment.
