I have been a patient for 2 years or so and received great treatment from Dr Edwards who recently retired. My last eye exam was with Dr Gilbertson. I was examined and given a prescription that did not work, I was reexamined and given another prescription that I can not see clearly out of and gives me headaches. I was then told I should go to another Dr. not affiliated with Sanford at my expense and that I was stuck with the glasses that I can not see out of. When I asked if it was their policy to take money, give an eye exam and provide glasses that someone can not see out of and then keep the money. I was told yes. Needless to say I won't be returning to sanford for any future needs. I wonder if you went in for an appendectomy and they removed your spleen instead if they would tell you to go to another doctor at your own expense? Great business model Sanford.

Dr. Kelly is fantastic, and the gals in the Optical Center are always such a joy to work with when shopping for new glasses!

There is one nice lady that works at the optical eye center, the other ladies are extremely rude and don't help at all.
