The employee's we're great, they always have been. I've been going to the North Dakota Eye Clinic since I was 14 years old. Now I bring my whole family there. Katy was very helpful as are all the employees that we've seen from the front desk, nurses, doctors, & the optical shop. I have 4 children who all wear glasses as well as my husband & myself. My kids are very hyper & the employees still took the time to explain different lense sizes, frames, & the overall care for their glasses. We went back a month later to order additional glasses for each child & pick up our contacts also. The second time that we went again the staff members took time to help each one of the children as they all have their own personality & style. They were kind & patient with all my children but even with my 2 children that have ADHD. Those 2 have a harder time with things that take time like picking out glasses for 6 people. Believe me when I say that we've have had some bad experiences at places due to this issue. When you go there the employees take the time to explain what's going to happen, the doctor talks to you in a way that you understand & isn't all medical terms that you have no idea what they're saying, if getting contacts they have someone who actually takes time to teach you how to care for contacts, putting in & removing them, to storing them. I would recommend this place to anyone & I've actually recommended numerous people in the past 20 years. I would give them many more stars if I could because they're fantastic.
