Went to look at the frames and the buy one get one free they jacked up the price so high for just to buy just one that is how they can have buy one get one free I stayed just enough time to look at their selections not impressed I went else where

Friendly staff. I like their hours of operation. However, my experience with their glasses hasn’t been good. I got a pair of Ray Ban prescription glasses from here and they came defective. So I got a new pair of the same frames under warranty and they came totally wrong in size and don’t fit my face at all. Pretty disappointed with my glasses especially with all the money I’ve spent on them. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here for glasses.

Best service in town! Both my husband and I have worn glasses most of our lives. We've shopped around for best Dr.s and prices. (Let me say you really do get what you pay for!) Management and staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We never have to wait long when scheduling an appointment, and because the lenses are crafted elsewhere don't mind waiting for the glasses. (usually about 10 days) Any small adjustments are cheerfully made anytime we ask. We have never been dissatisfied and will continue using Midwest Vision in Minot.

Dr. Kopp is the best optometrist in the area! I went to her for years for appointments, contacts, and glasses. She's super personable and will work with you to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Even after getting a new job with insurance that wasn't accepted by them (VSP), I remained with her, because she's that good.

Very disappointed. From not being able to get our phone number right, to the lab losing our lenses, to getting the incorrect color lenses, to being told we were "In Network" with our insurance and then getting a bill and that not being the case--we were extremely dissatisfied. Too many things wrong for one person to be having a bad day. Providing good customer service and showing an attempt to correct the problems would be the least they could do.
