Midwest vision and the girl I forgot her name but she has red hair she is awesome! I bought glasses and ended up not liking them and wanted to go back to my usual brand of glasses and she ordered them for me and they have been great with my contacts as well when I didn’t like the brand and took 50$ off. Midwest vision has my business now and I really appreciate them!

I went in to the shop in kirkwood mall and asked for help with a arm that was broken on my glasses and the very nice lady helped me out no questions asked just helped me I wished I got her name but I couldn't see at the time she found something close to replace my arm to get me by. When I can I will for sure be returning for an exam and new pair of glasses. I can't thank you enough for the excellent service!!!

I accompanied my elderly aunt to her appointment. My aunt wasn't able to move from her wheelchair to the exam chair, so Dr. Bencker found ways to move the equipment around to my aunt. My aunt has Alzheimer's, and Dr. Bencker's calm demeanor helped my aunt feel comfortable and relaxed. People with dementia can easily becomed overwhelmed when in new surroundings, but my aunt enjoyed her time at Midwest Vision and with Dr. Bencker.

The service that I got initially was wonderful the exam was good and fast, got a call that my glasses were done, drove from Dickinson Saturday morning to pick them up and the frames were cracked, she had to order a new one and said she will mail it to me. Wasted a tank of gas for this headache, I recommend getting their eye exam here but not the product just take the prescription somewhere else.
