Great Office, very pleasant and nice

Competent, thorough and professional is how I would describe my recent visit. The office is a bit hard to find as the building is being renovated and the signage is not great. I came for a yearly check up on the recommendation of my primary care doctor. The office is on the small side, but clean and seems to be filled with every imaginable machine for eye tests. A technician, Nadya, prepared me for the doctor. Dr. Icasiano was knowledgeable. I got a good report. The front desk people are nice. I recommend without hesitation.

Doctor Icasiano and Rubinchik are amazing doctors who know everything there is about Opthamology. Whenever I am at the office, they take their time to explain what is going on and why they are doing it. The office is cozy and in a great area of Brooklyn Heights. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient at this facility for over a year now. I have been time and time again blown away by how amazing they are at finding solutions for me and my eye conditions. Truly professional staff. I would like to shout out one particular nurse - Nadia. She has been there since my first appointment. She took great care of me and assured me that I was going to be okay. Service and care like this is not found everywhere. To be that kind and empathize with patients goes such a long way, makes my experience memorable. Thank you!
