I like Dr. Schottenstein, he is a great doctor and very courteous and professional. He does excellent work for his patients but like everyone else the waiting time is horrendous. I stopped going to see him in the mornings and prefer an end of the day appointment to shorten the wait time. I guess most patients feel that if he were not such an excellent doctor they would probably go elsewhere.

Dr. Schottenstein is an awesome eye doctor. He's very thorough and seems to care. It is true the wait time is long which I learned on my first visit. His patients in the waiting shared how he helped them and they'll put up with the waiting time in order to see him.

I think the staff and Dr. Schottenstein are incredible. If you want to be in a run-of-the-mill, chattel office, then go anywhere else. There you get one on one service. You wait for Dr. Schottenstein, but he’s the only doctor there and he takes care of you personally. He is very thorough with his exams and I wouldn’t trust the health of my eyes to anyone else.
