There is absolutely no substitute for hard-earned clinical expertise, and you just know Dr. Pollack possesses it. It is more than reassuring to discover that, after running patients through various tests involving very impressive machinery, Dr. Pollack not only doesn't lose sight of the patient but factors his clinical experience into the medical judgments he renders. You spend a lot of time waiting, and then a lot of time with the aforementioned machinery, but when you see Dr. Pollock you get his undivided attention and expertise.

Very thorough doctor and courteous. I recently moved and had to go to a different retinal specialist and - wow - what a difference - I appreciated Dr Pollack's thorough care even more. I did have a long wait in the office to see Dr. Pollack, but I believe the wait was due to Dr Pollack being so thorough with each patient. Liz in the office was amazing at getting my records moved, etc. I would highly recommend Dr Pollack and his team.

Dr. Pollack is the greatest doctor. I went to him for a number of years. Unfortunately, I had to stop going to him because of his nasty, obnoxious technician. I complained to his office manager, but it did no good. I also told the doctor. I knew if I ever went back, I would go off on the technician, & I didn't want to cause a scene. If that technician ever leaves, I will definitely go back. He's the best retina doctor.

Dr Pollack is a douchebag. He is out of touch with reality. He is cruel, cold and condescending. I would not recommend as a doctor or as a person.

Dr. Pollack took me from scared of losing my sight to confidence that everything will be alright. After each treatment, you leave his office believing you will be okay. the assistants and attendees in his office make you feel comfortable and take your mind off the sometimes painful laser treatment and injections. this is a practice I highly recommend to anyone having major issues with their eyes. Dr. Pollack is worth it

Dr. Pollack is treating my chronic retinal detachment requiring very complex surgery. I have found him to be an extremely competent surgeon and my eye is recovering very well. He is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer questions in detail. He is also very nice and caring. The staff is also very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

My grandmother has macular degeneration and Dr. Pollack has been so patient explaining what's happening to her vision and why at each and every visit. He very clearly outlines his plan and what our expectations should be so that everyone is on the same page. The staff is so thoughtful and treat you like family, my grandmother is frail and can get confused sometimes and they always make her feel comfortable and at ease.
