Not only consistent overbooking and long waits but also consistent mix ups regarding WHICH EYE, surgery scheduling and general lack of clear communication regarding outcomes and follow up. If this were a commercial operation, it would be out of business.

This place stinks! Any Doctors who are good Leave! Very poor customer service, consistent mix up with appointments, long waits, total disregard for patients.Shame on you Mt. Sinai! There are many other good eye doctors in New York . It's time to find them and leave this mess! Dangerous mix ups with surgical appointments.....You're dealing with people's eyes! You're not selling shoes! Who is running This place anyway? It's like a third world country in this place!

Dr James Chelnis was amazing--Dr Chelnis, if you see this and have a new practice, please let me know. You get five stars.... MS does not as they wouldn't give me an appointment to see you and now that you have left won't say where you have gone.

Long waits and poor costumer service.

I guess appointments aren't a priority at this clinic. Came here at 11:15am for an 11:30am appointment. Fast forward to 12:15pm and still waiting for someone to at least tell us what's going on..I do have other appointments today
