Both this office location and his Waters place office waiting time is 4-5 hours despite of making an appointment. I called the office the other day and the receptionist was very blunt and said you can go to the waters place location for 4 hrs wait time or the city for 3 hours time! are you kidding me? if this was a free service I get it but you are damn billing my insurance for it and if not your billing me! The doctor is good but not worth to wait half a day to be seen for 5 minutes. Plenty of great eye doctors and surgeons out there! this is America and I wonder how the Department of Health allows this to go on, booking patients every 2 minutes? I would call it a butchers shop instead of "Clearview". my recommendation? get yourself another office!

I went to Queens location to get and waited 4 hours to get seen by doctor. looks like its a trend. on top of that they keep sending me bills which I already paid for. I contacted above Manhattan office which deals with billing, Audrey picked up with nasty attitude and tone, did not even address my problem. Just stated " billing is busy She'll call you back if there is a problem. What a nasty employee. Never going to any of Clearview eye surgery places Queens ,Bronx or Manhattan.

Dr. Kim is such a wonderful doctor, my dad had Dr. Kim for years and dad always speaks Highly of Dr. Kim & we have recommended many people to him, he’s Worth the Wait.

This is more for his waters place office. They make appts which are useless. You wait there for 4-5hours like tour getting a free service or something. Very pathetic to overbook and have people wait there all day. Maybe the managment shpuld look into not making appts at all because it would be the same as now. Sign in, and ull be seen according to that not matering if u made an appt or your a walk in. Will never step in this office ever again.
