I went to see Dr. Muller because I know about a dozen people she has performed laser surgery on and every single one of them is thrilled with their vision. I was so excited, but ended up leaving my consultation unhappy. Dr. Muller examined my eyes thoroughly and did all the appropriate tests, she then sat down with me and gently explained why I am not an ideal candidate for these procedures. Although I am disappointed that I can't get rid of my glasses and contact lenses, I am SO appreciative of Dr. Muller's honesty and genuine caring. She is smart, kind and honest. Dr. Muller is a rare find!

So Dr.Muller really gave me true the laser treatment a life what i always dreamed of. I could finally see the distance ,i felt safer driving a car,felt safer during the night and just felt so happy to see again. I have seen many, many doctor's for my dry eye, and Dr. Muller is simply the best out there. She was the only doctor who took my symptoms seriously and eventually helped me receive my diagnosis of Sjogren's Syndrome, the autoimmune disease that causes my dry eye. Her in-depth knowledge is impressive, and she offers the newest treatments that you can't find elsewhere. Her staff is also very friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand your insurance coverage before a procedure. Her office is truly the gold standard for the treatment of dry eye.

The doctor and clinical staff were thorough and professional. However, the receptionist upon hearing that I did not want to leave my credit card information, decided to STEAL my credit card number when I paid my copay with it. She then attempted to bill my credit card WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION for the amount due BEFORE insurance payment. I had to stop payment and get a new credit card. What her office staff did is criminal. The doctor did call me and apologize for her staff's behavior but then the staff continued to harass me for payment! The office manager, billing manager and receptionist never apologized. Because of her office staff, I would tell you to find another opthamologist in NYC. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a physician's office.

Dr. Mueller might be the 8th doctor I've seen to treat dry eye and the only one who has had results. She doesn't stop at traditional treatments, but also uses out-of-the-box and off-label treatments to see what works. She listens, she's fast, and she's highly skilled. One thing: a number of the treatments are not covered by insurance so it helps to have a healthy flex plan. But if you have severe dry eye, she is the doctor to consider.

The office is amazing and gorgeous. You’re greeted by a wonderful and pleasant staff who always have a smile on their faces. I was able to go into the room right away with minimum wait time. I was first greeted by an optometrist who was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me a preliminary exam all the while being kind and explaining every process. Soon thereafter, I was greeted by Dr. Muller who was strikingly charismatic. I have been to several doctors and they were unable to diagnose my condition. Dr. Muller was able to explain in great detail every step of my treatment and was able to finally provide me with a plan to get better. I found Dr. Muller on the internet after many years of seeking effective treatment for dry eyes/ rosacea from many ophthalmologists and optometrists. Her website is outstanding and the treatment that I have received is just as great! She is an incredibly smart upbeat person who immediately lets you know that you have come to the right place and that she will not leave any stone unturned to help you. Dr. Muller does a very thorough work up and has a very methodical, yet outside of the box approach. Best of all, she presents the options, but actually partners with and listens to the patient to determine the treatment plan. The conditions that she treats are often complex, but she presents solutions in a very understandable way. I have had a few urgent situations and the office staff has been able to get me in same day or next day, regardless of how busy they are. I have been in the healthcare field for many years, and have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly....I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Muller and her team!

So...this eye Dr, sold my husband allergy meds that she mixes herself (eye Dr selling allergy meds???) which naturally aren't covered by insurance. They took his cc for future auto payments, bc he needs to refill them every 6 weeks, for $140 per bottle and he was told he needed to be them for 2-3 years......Hummm..... My husband also had $500 worth of eye pictures taken that also weren't covered by insurance. He paid $118 at the time of the first visit and we just got another bill, for the same day for $121. that is a total of $879 out of pocket for a 2 hour visit, PLUS what insurance paid her, which was astronomical. just doesn't seem on the up and up.

Dr. Muller helped with my eye allergies at the recent appointment I went to and I am grateful for that. However, when I was checking out, the front desk charged me $500, and told me that my insurance company would only be covering 70% of all the procedures that I had done during my appointment. However, after questioning this amount and the policies, and having the front desk show annoyance and disrespect, I called my Insurance company myself. They ended up covering 100% of my expenses. I paid $12 out of pocket. I hope this serves as a reminder for others to double check their bill with their insurance company. Although I was thankful to receive treatment, the billing method was unacceptable.

I was so lucky to find Dr. Muller on ZocDoc 6 months ago. I went in for a routine check-up, and after some thorough questioning, left with a recommendation for regimen to address severe dry syndrome (which I didn't even know I had). Each time I visit Dr. Muller, she spends time asking about changes in my symptoms, answering all of my questions and adjusting my treatment accordingly. Awful doctor. She tried to get me to stop taking seasonal allergy medicine -- I was in there for an eye checkup! I declined since, when not treated, my allergies have led to serious medical conditions. She told me that it was a lie that the drug companies wanted me to believe and that she would administer a battery of tests to prove it (which according to Yelp reviewers, would have been out of pocket -- except she did not tell me that at the time). I also have an insanely good Cadillac insurance plan, and she told me that everything would be covered -- but at the end, the receptionist told me that the eye tests would be billed as medical treatments, not eye tests, and therefore I would need to pay a substantial amount out of pocket. Worse -- when I posted on Yelp (anonymously), she called me six times at work. When I finally picked up, she asked me to talk about it. She then called me "immature," not "bright," and "bizarre." She then engaged in quite unusual behavior -- she compared my intelligence to "other people at [my employer]," which was odd because I never told her where I worked. She then made a snarky comment about the quality of education I received in high school, and specifically cited the school I had attended. This was incredibly bizarre, and I asked her if she was stalking me. She sneered. I then told her that, if this wasn't a big deal, I would like her to repeat it so I could send this to the ethics commissions of certifying boards. She then told me, "don't worry, I'm already doing that." I understand that single-party consent is legal in New York State, but I still find it an incredible breach of ethics to (1) seek out the person who left an anonymous complaint, (2) stalk them on social media and make pointed, personal attacks, and (3) record the conversation without consent. This is an incredible breach of privacy, and I find it appalling - not to mention, I have no idea what she plans to do with this recording. By the way -- my experience was relatively tame. I have a job where I can afford to pay for unexpected medical treatments out of pocket and my bill was not that high. Read her Yelp reviews. I am not a lawyer so I do not know for sure that it is insurance fraud, but at the very least, it is billing done in bad taste. (According to Yelp, she has, in the past, threatened legal action against certain reviewers. Dr. Muller, if you are reading this -- know that I have an extremely good lawyer and am not particularly afraid of your harassment or legal threats) There are a million certified ophthalmologists in New York. Go to literally any other. By the way, on Yelp, she has terrible reviews (even after Yelp collapsed a number of negative reviews). Worth wondering why she has a higher rating here on Google. If you notice, many of the five stars are from first-time reviwers...

Seriously the best!!! I am one of those people that never writes a review, but I had to after my experience with Dr. Muller. She is very professional, competent and thorough and takes the time to listen and to explain everything in layman terms. I have seen several ophthalmologists with the same complaint and symptoms, but I wasn’t properly diagnosed or treated. Dr. Muller correctly diagnosed my problem on the first visit, prescribed the proper treatment and I am finally seeing (no pun intended) great improvement. Her office on Park Ave is absolutely beautiful and very high tech with all the latest equipment. The staff is extremely caring, knowledgeable and service oriented. I have already recommended Dr. Muller to several of my colleagues and friends and they have all had excellent experiences. Coincidently, when I mentioned Dr. Muller to my Internist/ regular doctor at NY Presbyterian Hospital- Weill Cornell Medical Center, she told me that not only does she refer all of her patients to Dr. Muller, but that she is a patient of hers as well. I couldn't recommend Dr. Muller more highly; don't even bother going to anyone else!

The office was beautiful, well-maintained and very clean. The equipment was all the latest, state-of-the-art technology. Dr. Muller did my laser eye surgery 15 years ago (the best thing ever!) and has been taking care of my eyes ever since. She is the definition of a "type A" personality, exactly what I want in a Dr. She is very exacting, and her skills, knowledge, office staff etc. are all top quality. This review though, is about something I would never have expected to write about my eye Dr. I have had sinus problems my whole adult life. An operation 20 years or so ago helped, but I still had a lot of "bad days" when my sinuses were swollen and I felt poorly. After seeing a number of the top ENT's in the NY Metro area the past decade or so, I had resigned myself to regular suffering. A constant post nasal drip and irritated/swollen sinuses were my normal. Almost a year ago I was discussing my sinus issues with Dr. Muller and she asked me about allergies. I had some small issues, and had been tested and treated years ago, but they did not bother me much and I ignored them. Dr. Muller suggested that it might be that allergies were exacerbating my sinus problems, the post nasal drip in particular. She suggested I let her test me, and that if I had allergies she could potentially help me. Needless to say my first reaction was "why is my eye dr. talking to me about allergies?" After getting past that, I proceeded with the test, and after testing positive I started the treatment. 8 months later I am very pleased and more than a little surprised to say I have seen significant improvement. The ENT's told me that there simply was not much I could do to alleviate my symptoms. However since starting the allergy treatments with Dr. Muller, my nasal drip is less frequent, and my sinuses are not giving me nearly as much trouble as they used to. I have had many fewer bad days, especially in the fall and spring when the weather changes tended to impact me the most. So whether you are looking for an eye Dr., or have allergy issues, I highly recommend Dr. Muller.

I’ve been seeing Dr Muller for over 2 years. On our first meeting she noticed that my eyes were red and puffy as well as having other symptoms of allergies. After a simple test I discovered I’m allergic to everyday items such as down and feather, dust mites and dander. After 2 years on the immunology drops (Slit) my allergies are under control. Some are completely gone now with no symptoms. Dr Muller is a very caring physician. She’s very thorough, patient and with a great sense of humor. I love Dr. Muller! She's got a great disposition, explains everything fully in detail and goes to every extra step to ensure that you feel comfortable along every step of the way. Initially I went in for a consultation since I was unsure between LASIK and LASEK; but being a good candidate for either, she went through with me every possible activity that I do/might do that might steer me in one direction or the other. Short of potentially needing a touch up during a zombie apocalypse and there being a shortage of centers/ophthalmologists , we both agreed that LASIK was the way to go. During the pre-procedure time period, she was very helpful in making sure that I was as prepared as possible beforehand to make sure that my eyes were at the optimal level to make sure that there were as few potential complications as possible. With a recommended full regimen of eye drops, humidifiers and other care, the actual procedure went off without a hitch. So far, no terrible side effects, which I owe to her expertise (not even subconjunctival hemorrhaging which I, being quite vain, was worried about). The benefit of going with Dr. Muller from start to finish for LASIK was really helpful and I don't have any regrets with it. She was responsible for all my measurements for the weeks/days/during/after my procedure, which makes me feel confident that in the event that anything did/does go wrong, I have one seasoned professional the whole time who knows exactly what to do and what had happened. That in and of itself is a relief, since I only got one pair of eyes in my life! She was also really sweet the whole day of the procedure, going through every step to make sure that I felt comfortable, was medicated thoroughly enough and even gave me a teddy bear to hug during the procedure (since even the most stoic of us can succumb to nervousness at the thought of our eyes getting operated on). Did I mention that she is the arch-nemesis of dry eye? My eyes have felt absolutely comfortable the weeks before and days (3 days and counting) after my actual LASIK procedure. If nothing else, go visit her to banish that awful feeling of waking up every morning barely able to open your eyes because of a dry environment! To summarize, as I'm a really verbose writer; I went from genuinely bad eyesight (-6.5 on average in both eyes) to corrected to 20/15 vision! Dr. Muller (and all of her staff) were really sweet to me and can't recommend their office enough!

Dr. Muller is experienced, smart and direct. She is also incredibly caring and respects your choices as the patient. Do not be intimidated by her and do your research before on your health insurance. That addresses 99% of the issues listed in other reviews. I sought out Dr. Muller for LASIK because a co-worker came to her 7-8 years ago. She has all the credentials you want in your doctor. She also has the exhaustive number of surgeries under her belt you would want her to have. MOST IMPORTANTLY, she really takes care of you through the procedure, comforts you, talks you through it and makes you feel really good about a very life changing procedure. I came into this procedure accepting it would be expensive (it's LASIK) and I wanted to do anything I could to prep my eyes as much as possible and trusted her advice on what to do. The first appointment (October 2018) was a lot to take in because there are a number of tests I was not used to at other eye doctor appointments and there are a lot of people helping at the office. Do not be afraid to stop anyone and ask questions. Everyone is actually super nice and will take the time to answer your questions, even if they seem busy. If you're not comfortable for whatever reason just say it. They're all healthcare professionals and very kind. I did at least three follow-ups because I chose to apply my flex account in the new year for the procedure. We went through a lot of ways to increase moisture in my eyes and prep them to the best state (eye drops and plugs) across those follow-ups. Each time I asked more questions. I never waited long for any of my 4 visits. You do have to give time in-between her assistants checking you then she checks on you or if you get your eyes dilated - that's a given. Day of the procedure - Dr. Muller was so patient with me. She checks the health and state of your eyes a bunch to really make sure she's ready and you're ready. It's maybe 3-4 minutes per eye and she walks through every step of the way which really helped me relax. I have my 2 week follow-up post my procedure tomorrow. THIS IS THE MOST AMAZING LIFE DECISION IVE EVER MADE. I can't recommend enough if you are going to make such a big choice on such an important part of your well being - you want to go with someone you feel like you can trust and knows what she's doing. That's exactly how I feel about Dr. Muller. Lastly - really just look into your insurance yourself. LASIK is unlikely covered (which her office tells you too), all the tests were covered under my corporate plan after I met my deductible but I still called my insurance company before hand to check. If you don't want a treatment, that's your choice, so make it yourself. Ask questions, you're the ultimate decision maker not anyone else at the office.

This was my first time visiting with Dr. Muller based upon a recommendation from a friend who had surgery performed by Dr. Muller years ago. I am very picky and was expecting a great visit based upon my friend's recommendation, but my visit was even better than expected! Dr. Muller is an excellent ophthalmologist and is all about the tough love approach in taking care of your eyes - I'm a contacts wearer and was overusing them, and she put me on a strict regimen to try and heal my eyes, which is already working after just a few days. This review will probably be a bit unusual, as I am not Dr. Muller's patient, my wife is. WOW. Who IS this doctor? I felt as if I were on a movie set! This office is a busy, well oiled machine where ALL STAFF (and I had plenty of time to observe most of them) cared personally about each patient there. Everyone received personal attention and were spoken to as if they were the most important person in the room (this is embedded in the culture apparent from the moment you meet Dr. Muller). I watched follow-up instructions given until it was certain they were understood, and NO ONE left the office without a smile. WOW again. As for my wife's experience? She has had persistent issues with her eyes this year, and has seen at least three different eye specialists until discovering Dr. Muller through a google search. Her lack of a correct diagnosis, combined with her inability to see properly out of one eye has taken an emotional toll. She proceeded to have the most thorough examination ever (and she has seen eye doctors for more than 50 years) and Doctor Muller spent a great deal of time with her to determine the cause of her issues and develop a tailor-made plan for her care. Dr. Muller had me come in at that point to make sure I understood the issues and the ensuing follow-up. The ability to see well and care for our eyes is of utmost importance, especially as we age, and my wife now feels she has someone who not only understands her physical issues, but how it affects her emotionally. Did I say, WOW? I'm surprised Dr. Muller has the time to see new patients, as everyone should be going to her!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Dr Muller is a rude, abrasive doctor who is only concerned with running expensive tests and getting paid for them. I have since seen 2 separate doctors, both of who were shocked and appalled upon hearing about the tests she ran on me and medication she prescribed for the symptoms I am presenting. Let's just say she was way off base. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. All I got out of this appointment was an $800 bill and no clarity.

I have 2 reviews for Dr. Muller, 1) Is as a dry eye specialist and 2) for her ability as a Surgeon 1) As a dry eye specialist she has been then ONLY doctor to effectively manage my dry eye symptoms. For years, I suffered from dry eye, saw numerous specialist's and she is the only one who has really gotten them under control. She doesn't just play a "guess and check" game...She knows what she's doing. Some of her methods may seem unconventional (allergy testing etc), but whatever she does, works.. because I finally found relief. Downside: she sees a ton of patients and is very busy...however, you will see results from being a patient of hers and that's what she's most dedicated to. I learned I would rather have a doctor who will really fix my problem rather than hold my hand and listen to me for 30 minutes and get no results. Trust me, she's the best dry eye specialist. I haven't felt relief in 2 years until I saw Dr. Muller. 2) Lasik surgeon, I had LASIK surgery 2 days ago with Dr. Muller. I can see 20/20, no pain, no dry eye, and my eyes feel very comfortable. She is confident in herself, which in turn makes me confident in her.Most importantly, I respected that she knew my history of dry eye and was confident that no matter what, we can treat it and I feel great. She was excited for me, enthusiastic, confident and honestly, the results speak for itself. She also made me understand the it's not just about the procedure, it really is the surgeon who can make all the difference for you and your results. I have friends who got LASIK from other doctors, wound up with burning pain, bruising and I didn't experience any of that. I am SO RELIEVED to be under her care and to have continuous care from her. Thank you Dr. Muller, you know I don't trust doctors, question everything, and there is no one else I would rather treat me.

LOOK OUT!! Beware of Dr. Jacqueline Muller! First of all, I have noticed that all negative reviews of her on every website are nearly always filtered to the very end so are much less likely to be read. A terrible pity as prospective patients will get a very skewed idea of what goes on at that office. Dr. Muller performs a vast number of unnecessary procedures that as a patient, you don't even realize that she is doing because she simply doesn't tell you. She rushes in, wheels you from ocular machine to ocular machine snapping buttons without telling you what tests she is performing and why. Her favorite method of gouging money from you or your insurance company is to biopsy every tiny bump on your eyelid or on your face (excuse being that it is close to your eye), without asking permission or telling you what she is doing. She has the tissue anesthetized and the bump removed before you even know that she is doing it.........that is until you get a bill for over $500 for the procedure. She performs very redundant tests to pad the bill. I know I have dry eyes and don't need 4 different tests on every visit to confirm the already established diagnosis. Also not appreciated was her continued application of punctal plugs which fell out every 2 weeks and were replaced with the same type accompanied by her accusation that I must be rubbing my eyes and dislodging them which was absolutely not true. Instead of trying different plugs of a larger size that wouldn't fall out, she continued to put in the same ones, charging $765 each time until I finally insisted that she try a different type that perhaps wouldn't fall out constantly which she finally did. They miraculously stayed in, saving me and my insurance company from another bout of her fraudulent practices. Make no mistake, Dr. Muller cares only about the almighty dollar and I find she runs a very unethical practice. A good doctor listens to what you say, explains procedures to be done and the reason for them, makes sure that you understand and approve of them, and then communicates the results of them to you. Dr. Muller does none of the above. I am also in the medical profession (veterinarian) and I am appalled at what goes on in Dr. Muller's office. Enough said. Just beware patients and insurance companies!!

I went to Dr. Muller's office yesterday. It was very easy to get an appointment- I called up Monday and saw her Tuesday. This was, by far, the best doctors office I have been to. The friendly staff welcomed me with a drink of water. The waiting area has a coat closet, big screen TV, and comfy antique chairs. Everyone was super nice. A doctor saw me first to go through the exam and then at the end Dr. Muller came in for consultation. She stayed with me about 15 minutes, looking at my eyes, and explaining to me about dry eyes, common causes, and recommended several home remedies like a humidifier for my desk and frequent use of eye drops. Today I got an email followup from the doctor with several articles as well as instructions about her prescriptions. Wow! This will definitely be my opthamologist of choice from now on. I highly recommend.

I wanted to give my daughter the gift of eyesight, free from glasses and contact lenses. We did our homework and fortunately found Dr. Muller. From the first call to the office, where Barbara was extremely helpful and informative, to the recent post op office visits we found total comfort and true professionalism. We were apprehensive at the start and had many questions. Dr. Muller patiently answered them all, even when we repeated the same questions in various forms. She was extremely thorough during the testing to qualify if my daughter would be a good candidate for a procedure. Dr. Muller determined Lasik was the way to go. We were confident in her analysis and explanations of the process and although nervous went through the procedure. It was quick, easy and painless. The next morning my daughter was seeing 20/20 on her own. It was amazing! My daughter is a rule follower and is closely following the post op directions which Dr. Muller clearly laid out. Lots and lots of moisturizing eye drops as the eyes recover. We are 3 weeks post procedure and healing nicely. This gift of eyesight is precious. Soon to be a bride, my daughter will enjoy her wedding day, Scuba diving during her honeymoon and many more milestones with free and clear vision!! Dr. Muller is a rare find, she is an unbelievable doctor. I originally saw her because she performed laser vision correction on everyone in my office and they all see perfectly and rave about her. I really wanted to have the laser procedure too. My eyes were really bothering me, especially by the end of a work day. The first time Dr. Muller examined my eyes she explained everything to me and started me on treatment saying that she wouldn't perform surgery on my eyes until they were healthier. I couldn't believe how much better my eyes felt with Dr. Muller's treatment. Once my eyes were healthy, Dr. Muller performed a laser vision correction procedure on me and now I can see 20/15 (one line BETTER than 20/20) without glasses or contacts AND my eyes have never been healthier. Some people said she is expensive, but she takes my insurance and I want to see the BEST, most progressive ophthalmologist with the latest hi tech equipment; after all, I only have one pair of eyes. It was a great decision- I have never felt so well taken care of. On my first exam Dr. Muller found a bump on my eyelid, showed it to me and asked me if I wanted her to watch it or biopsy it. I opted to have her biopsy it and the pathology report showed it was a viral wart. I am SO happy it is no longer on my eyelid! Dr. Muller is exactly the kind of physician I was looking for- so meticulous and so approachable.

The worst! I went here based on great reviews. I came simply to get glasses then I end up with a corneal abrasion a week after my first visit somehow. Ended up paying over $2000 out of pocket to this office for services I never came in for including allergy tests. If I was told it would cost me $600 I would have never gotten it obviously. Be very careful when coming here especially when they ask you to sign anything. That's where I screwed up. Just makes me sick how much I spent here and I'm now worse than I first went 3 months ago. Blurry right eye and I cannot wear glasses until my eye dryness gets better and this blurriness goes away.

Although I had read some negative reviews about Dr. Muller, a colleague whose judgement I respect told me she is the best doctor he's ever encountered, so I made an appointment. Dr. Muller was the sixth doctor I had seen for the same problem. She listened to my symptoms, gave me the most thorough and technology driven exam I have ever had, made a diagnosis that made sense to me, put together a treatment plan, and I have never felt better. The vast majority of the reviews about Dr. Muller state how wonderful she is. The negative reviews are typically about cost. Although I had to pay a lot to see Dr. Muller (because my entire exam went to my large deductible, which has nothing to do with her) it was well worth it because she made my eyes better. I effectively wasted my time and money on the other five doctors (who were less expensive) because they didn't help me. In my opinion, seeing Dr. Muller was money very well spent and would have been far more cost effective than seeing six doctors.

Dr. Jacqueline Muller is an iconic superstar of eyes. That's all there is too it. My first encounter was so intensive, there were things one would never expect to have happen but did. The depth of knowledge, the care, concern and the tests of course. But all done under the careful supervision and attention of Dr. Muller, who has the vision to care for one of the most important senses we have - sight. She takes it on in an individual way and has changed the way I am able to see surpassing any other doctor in terms of delivering my best vision possible. I can see distance better, read without glasses most of the time. It's an incredible experience. Dr. Muller also educates you so you understand that taking care of your eyes is as important as the rest of you. She's also real, fun and gorgeous inside and out. You know it the minute she walks into the room. That doesn't hurt either. Highly recommend Dr. Muller as essential to ones overall wellness.

Truly wonderful, caring, EXCELLENT doctor. I had gone to many eye doctors before seeing Dr. Mueller who said there was nothing else they could do for my dry eyes. Dr. Muller is a truly amazing, one-of-a-kind, doctor!!! I went to her with severely dry eyes—I had been in constant pain for months from my eyes. I had seen four other ophthalmologists who could not figure out what to do and said I would just have to learn how to live with it. Then I found Dr. Muller, who was able to get me better! At my first appointment, she did a comprehensive exam and multiple tests to find the underlying problem with my eyes, and started me on a thorough treatment regimen. She was also very compassionate and confidently assured me that she could get my eyes better, something I had not heard from other doctors. I left that first appointment feeling uplifted for the first time in months. Over time and with Dr. Muller’s approach to treatment, my eyes did get better. It feels truly miraculous to have comfortable eyes again, and I owe it all to Dr. Muller. She honestly changed my life. I have now been going to her for two years. Dr. Muller has given me something that I never thought I could have again: a life where I wake up and simply see. I have had contacts and glasses for as long as I can remember and my prescription was -9.50 in both eyes. My husband and I both had lasik with Dr. Muller and couldn't be happier with our results. During the surgery she is incredibly supportive and encouraging. If you are nervous about having lasik she is the doctor for you or if you are simply looking for someone competent and capable she is also for you. Although I am reflecting on my lasik experience, what initially brought us to Dr. Muller was chronic dry eye and a corneal abrasion. She is a great physician for your eye issues and I would and do recommend her to everyone I know that needs a new eye doctor.
