I saw Dr. Cheng on Saturday which it worked out great because I work during the week. As soon as I came in the front desk was very courteous. Then I got called by a technician which took my medical history and dilated my eyes. A couple of minutes later Dr. Cheng walks in the room. Dr. Cheng was great she took the time to explain what was going on with my vision. She was extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone that values their eyes.

I highly recommend Dr. Biro for anyone who needs an oculoplastic surgeon. He listened and fixed the problems I had in a timely manner. He accepts the insurance I have (GHI) which is another big thing I appreciate so much!! He is a real problem solver. Lastly, I also appreciate the receptionist who answered my phone call. She was willing to listen and answered my questions professionally. However, the waiting time could be long. Be patient and make sure you get something to eat before walking in.

I do not understand why people give four or five stars for this hospital!!! A old lady works at the desk is so not nice to patients at all!!!! she treats me like five years old boy!!! If I can give 0 star I will

I'm pretty much happy with everything. They examined my eyes for glaucoma and other possible eye illnesses and everything seemed fine according to Dr. Romsaitong. Only thing I would improve would be to allow later hours for people who work late.

Recommended. Mainly chose this office because I wanted to see ophthalmologists instead of optometrists for a more in depth eye health checkups. Easy to make appointments over the phone. Accepts most insurances, call to verify. They honor appointments and wait time never long. Meter parking available in front and street parking around the corner (typically packed). For the first visit, was able to complete all the paperwork ahead of time from their website and emailed it to them. Certain doctors are available during different days, if you don't mind seeing different doctors. So far, different doctors have given consistent good services. Doctors are very informative and exams are thorough, explained, and not rushed. Staff is courteous and professional. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is clean too.

I slept with my contact lens a couple of days ago and when I woke up I could barely open my eyes. I searched for an eye doctor around my area and I got the number for this office. I called them and explained to them what was going on they gave me an appointment for the same day with Dr. Weissman. When I came in the front desk helped me fill out the paperwork. They were really helpful. Dr. Weissman took great care of me and I have followed up with him and I will continue to do so. Thanks Dr. Weissman.

I was referred to this office by another doctor. If I’ve known I would be waiting for 2 hours + I wouldn’t have come here. I gave 3 stars because the md was nice.
