Great staff

Katherine Smith

The office staff are professional and polite. Dr. Zastrocky is forthcoming with explanations regarding your eye condition, options of treatment, and what you can expect from your treatment. THE best eye clinic in Durango.

Donna Jo Riley

Absolutely wonderful experience every visit. Both my Dr. and all the staff. My eyesight has been literally saved thanks to these dedicated professional caring people!

All around just not good

Ye-un Fiedler

The experience was fine. I came late for the appointment one time, they fit me in. The eye doctor I saw was absolutely professional. I love their enthusiasm. The nurse was very friendly.

I wouldn't recommend this group. The front office staff is the problem. They have a whole set of hoops for you to jump though to make their life easier. They would not believe me or the letter from Social Security that I had coverage. They needed the card that take 30 days to get.

This clinic was able to get me in the same day when I woke up and had a puffy eye from a scratch. The staff were all professional, the eye doctor was great and I didn't have to wait a long time to be seen. All in all, good experience here.

Simone Geoffrion

Excellent Dr's! I can see! Thank you so very much.

From the first step into this clinic everything was smooth, simple and friendly. The front desk workers were helpful, warm and efficient. The wait time was brief before entering an exam room. Here, once more, I was treated courteously and warmly, and with efficiency. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. My experience has been very positve.

Ray Irwin

Traveling thru town and needed emergency tmt. So fortunate to have Dr Linda Rose corneal specialist treat me. As a health care provider myself I recognize expert care. This doctor is the best!

Ernest Lessard

Dr Z performed Glaucoma and Cataract surgery on both mt eyes. He and this staff are both professional as well as personable and the end results are fantastic. My pressure has dropped significantly and vision has improved. Bonus is I no longer need reading glasses. Thank you!

Jane Lucas

Very happy with my experiences.. with Dr Z..

What an incredible group of physicians! The front office staff was friendly and created a warm, inviting environment for us as we waited to see the doctor. My family and I have seen several of the physicians in this office and they all offer excellent bedside manner and truly spend time listening to concerns and explaining details! One of the physicians that we saw had a GREAT sense of humor and made my children laugh and feel relaxed! Our wait was time is typically about 10 minutes each visit.

The receptionist that handles the off hours calls, presented herself as knowledgeable, continually repeated what appears to be script, regardless of what I had to say, and, in a totally condescending attitude! Then, when she had sufficiently raised my stress level to the point of talking over her non-stop script....I asked to have my doctor call me. She stated that she had my chart in front of her, and I asked for her to read that prescription back to me, this is where she tells me she's not qualified and she would have a tech return my call when they come in, that Monday is a day off for the clinic. I said, If you had said you were not qualified to answer my inquiry at the onset we could have avoided the confrontation. She just hung up. I received the best care and attention from my Doctor. Treatment by unqualified staff puts the Clinic in a very bad light. Trauma caused by an employee's lack of people skills plague the clinic.

Paul Griego

If I could leave no stars I would. This company only cares about Money and not their patients.

Just have to say it's always like a very rushed cattle call in there. Looong waits, then rush, rush, rush. Then wait some more.

Kirra Weber

This is the best eye clinic in the the four corners area. Very friendly staff and MD’s. I always have a good experience at this office and I always feel taken care of, every time. I refer all my family members here whether they live far or near.

D.E. S

I have seen multiple providers for different issues and have always walked out feeling understood, heard and treated appropriately. It’s great to have sub-specialists in Durango so there is no need to travel.

Alison Lock

The worst care I’ve experienced yet. Treated me like I was cattle on my way to get slaughtered. Doctors seem knowledgeable but the traffic is so high how do you really expect them to know who’s in front of them.

Lynn N

Great place, awesome staff, and Dr. Brach is always very proffesional and on point

Joshua Litke

Great

Kristy Rodri

Great office staff! Especially Sam and Giselle! So helpful and friendly. Dr. Meyer is amazing with my 90 years old mother. Love the Four Corners Eye Clinic!

Mark Luther

Seems to always be understaffed. Lots of running around looking flustered. Doctors are knowledgeable but do they really know who they are treating? Busy office. Poor care.

Kensley Manwell

The front desk staff were very impolite and definitely were not welcoming. I felt the staff were preoccupied with office gossip or whatever was happening in the world that day from what I've heard by just sitting in the lobby. The nurse we had was very impolite and when I spoke, had immediately interrupted me and it seemed like she was smarting back. If the doctor here hired these nurses, I feel he/she needs to hire customer service oriented people who are welcoming and kind. Based on the clientele which were waiting to see the doctor, who were up in age. The nursing staff should be kind and welcoming, instead of cold, rude and impolite. I will have family not see this office and recommend other offices in Durango.

I had an appointment with Four Corners Eye clinic yesterday to have my prescription checked. I waited in the waiting room and my name was called. A gal was standing there so I followed her to a room. She asked me to sit down. After looking at my chart she told me to sit in the examining chair. She spent maybe 10 minutes with a smaller version of checking my vision with the "flash card" machine. She said my vision had not changed much but handed me a prescription and told me to use eye drops. She told me two types of eye drops to use. (it would have been nice if she had written down the names) Then I left. Not once did she introduce herself. I don't know if she was an optometrist, opthalmologist or the cleaning lady. The exaim was the shortest exaim that I have ever had. I have been wearing glasses for about 30 years and have had very complete exams (a half hour of more) all those years until not. She did not explain what changed in my prescription. I wear trifocals so it might have helped me to know which part of the vision was changing. I guess when you pay only $35 you get $35 worth of treatment. All is all I was very disapointed in the whole process. I well not be returning to this office for my vision check. . I will go to an optometrist that takes the time to really check my vision and cares.

Sam was awesome checking me out at four corners eye clintic. Being a 17 year local, I wouldn't recomend anywhere else!

Great eye doctors, went blind in left eye and yes Dr Brach fix it in surgery. I truly believe that this office has the finest help and surgeon. There the only ones that get to look at my eyes. I would drive from anywhere to get eye care from this office. Thanks for the gift of my sight back, Darrell Griffith
