Unfortunately, my experience was not great. I specifically made the appointment as a yearly eye exam because it is covered by my insurance. Dr. Tran did a great job checking out both my mom and myself. She told me how healthy my eyes looked and gave me a prescription for glasses. The office went ahead and filed a claim as a medical check up so logically it was denied. They explained that Dr. Tran wrote that I have "incipient cataracts" in her report. I immediately called the doctor and she said she forgot to tell me because "it is a very common condition for my age" (I'm 50). I believe that if in fact I have incipient cataracts (which totally doubt it), is ts unethical to "forget to mention" it during check up and then very conveniently appear at billing time. I'm very disappointed.

Dr Bianchi was recommended to me by two seperate eye doctors to treat my adult strabismus. Dr Bianchi reviewed the options and we decided surgery was the best choice for me. I am now 5 days post op and am back at work. The double vision that has plagued me for 38 years is resolved and i am so grateful to Dr Bianchi for delivering such an excellent result. I would give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Bianchi was so kind and gentle with our sensitive 5 year old. He has an amazing bedside manner. We are difficult clients because we have tons of questions, and he answered everything even though he is obviously busy. A very compassionate man. Best of all, he performed her surgery with amazing precision. I cannot say enough good about our experience there. We did not have any trouble with the staff as others complain about, but I'm sure it's a thankless job. Overall we have found visits here a fine experience, and I truly wish that every health professional that we visited were as compassionate and professional as Dr. Bianchi.

As a physician and a mother of a child who was just told she has a potential issue, I called and his staff were extremely unhelpful. I would think they would extend the courtesy to allow for my daughter to be seen, but they did not and made me wait on the phone. I would not recommend this physician merely because he is too busy, and his staff too rude. Imagine if there were a more serious issue, waiting for 3 months? No thank you!

Staff is UNPROFESSIONAL! Dr. Bianchi is amazing with my child. But the staff is down right awful! They can't get any paperwork together. They withhold appointments even though you have insurance if they don't get their way. The front office staff is horrible to children.

My elderly mother and father each had cataract surgery in both eyes this past summer performed by Dr. Lee with excellent results. We are extremely happy with the care they received and the outcome.

I saw Dr. Fleischer for an exam, who told me I was blind in one eye. After spending substantial money on glasses, headaches persisted. Upon a further exam, by another doctor, it was determined that I was not blind in one eye. I am at a loss to understand how a doctor can make such a serious mistake in an eye exam. These people are scandalous. Beware!

A practice of excellence! I absolutely had a wonderful experience with the doctors that have assisted me as well as the staff. I had a surgical procedure with Dr. Bianchi, who i felt extremely confident from my initial consultation. Wonderful personality, patient, listner & bedside manner. I couldn't ask for more after considering surgery for a couple of years. After attending another office since 1985, i couldn't have made a better decision. Thank you, Yolonda H.

Dr. Bianchi was terrible with my child. He is only 3 and didn't know what the pictures were for the exam. Dr. Bianchi and his nurse made him uncomfortable, and the they had absolutely no patience. I would give this practice a 0 if i could. Very unprofessional, especially for a pediatric dr!

Dr. Pagan is an excellent doctor and she actually sits and listens to you and does not rush you! Her staff is very nice and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at my appointment. I cannot speak for all of the doctors, but the one that I saw was arrogant and had zero interpersonal skills. I was given an RX for my lenses which were discontinued, but he said they might still have some left in stock. When I went to order my lenses (at an outside location) they told me that it was not in stock at all and that my doctor should have known better. I called my doctor's office and I was told that I had to make another appointment (even though I was there the day before) and that I would need to be refitted. I was also told that this would be an extra charge..naturally. I really felt that I was given no consideration and was left upset and frustrated. I will say that the office staff was very kind and friendly. If you are a patient here or are considering becoming one, I hope that you have a better experience than me.

DO NOT come here. Absolutely terrible office. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a procedure to remove a stye and a week later I started to profusely bleed from my eye because they failed to patch my wound correctly. Awful experience overall.

Although the doctors’ skills are fine and the receptionists good, be prepared for LONG wait time every time. I have never been taken within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment. It’s disrespectful to treat patients in this way. I’ve complained but nothing has changed. I need to find a new practice and new doctor.

From front desk to assistants to DRs office behavior smells arrogance! They are rude to patients. Can’t beleieve in this town this can actually be an issue. On my day of visit to this office with my husband most patients were seniors who need time to get up, get ready and walk to any office. In my observations when patients walked in to register to walk up when they’re called, office workers were inpatient, not smiling at all and careless. There were actually 1 person caught my attetntion who seemed to care tried to avoid this stressful office culture and she was Carol from one of the front desk employees.i would not recommend.
