Went to Retina & Eye Specialist for dry eye condition. After 3 visits I still have the same problem. No glasses, no contacts just a 1235.00$ bill Don't think I can recommend this establishment

Dr. Lalin has excellent credentials. He explains things. He is careful and kind when treating patients. During my office visits, the procedure to be prepped to see the doctor has been a well orchestrated dance. For some of us in his waiting room, the battle to save our sight is an ongoing process. The stakes are high. I trust Dr. Lalin.

My dad went there and payed cash so he could have his glasses done and they told him it was gonna be quick since he was paying cash. Weeks later he decides to call cause he needed them and they told him that the doctor hasn't giving them the prescription. I work in the medical field and I'm by far so disgusted by these employees working there they are so rude and unprofessional, they hang up on my dad and he wasn't even "yelling" at them like they say. I've been yelled at and been called names and I haven't acted so rude and unprofessional like they did. After all that they said that his glasses will get there when they get there and that they wouldn't return the money. What kind of place does that. They even didn't get the prescription yet and they still will not return his money.
