The doctors are quite professionals an good at what they do, but their billing practices are a little shady. I went for an examination due to an infection and all went well and needed a "follow up" two weeks later. According to my HR and the insurance company, I'm not supposed to pay for that follow up visit, but the way they sent paperwork to the insurance, it is done in a matter dubious so they not only get paid more, but charge me no matter what. Do you know what happens when you don't paid one of those bills? your credit score is ruined! I tried to call Dr. Ganesh Rau to state my case, but no matter how many messages I left with Jazmin or Jennifer, he never returned my calls. I'm better off taking it with the BBB/ Consumer Affairs.

this is really nice but i got fitted for contacts and i couldn’t out the contacts and they didn’t help and after the doctor came to take them of but he cleaned his hands with hand sanitizer and took them of for me and my eyes burned like i got fire in my eyes

I don’t recommend this place to anyone . The receptionist is so rude and unhelpful . Even the doctor , said Iam leaving even though i came before closing time 45 min earlier. So a big no to this place .

This place is horrible. My brother went to see them after having an infection in his eyes. They told my brother he could drive after "cleaning out" his eyes where they essentially just scratched them up. After my brother left their office, he sat in the parking lot with his eyes burning so he went back inside to tell them that the pain was unbearable and that he could not open his eyes. They told him they would give him anesthesia so that his eyes could numb for an hour while he drove home. After they gave him the anesthesia, he tried to drive home and had to pull over within minutes on the side of the road because he couldn't open his eyes. He had to be picked up from the middle of nowhere. Upon arriving home and waiting for hours, he contacted them again saying that the pain was sharp and increasing. They told him he should keep taking the drops and he would be okay. The doctor that saw him was busy so could not speak to him. They didn't bother calling back. After an entire sleepless night, he called them again in the morning and they again told him to just keep taking the drops. For some reason or another, they called him back and told him to come in before 11am if we could. It turns out they not only scratched his eyes further but left lashes under his lids!! They exacerbated his condition so much from infected eyes to scratched up eyes that has lead to such excruciating pain that he has not been able to open his eyes and sleep through the night for two nights. We have now found a different specialist and because of the lack of professional thorough care and their negligence, my brother needed to be walked around holding someone's hand because he could not open his eyes to see the new doctor. This place is a joke! They do not provide appropriate and . They do not provide appropriate consultation or medical care.
