NJR LAWRENCEVILLE OFFICE It was hard to give one star because the doctors are highly skilled. 4 stars The staff is professional but they seem over stressed. 4 stars Front desk people are 4 stars. Admin, management and scheduling are very weak. 0 star Doctors not caring about excessive wait times - 0 stars. Listening to other patients say they’ve been here for over 2.5 hours - minus 2 stars 2 hours is excessive • 3 mins at front desk • 10 minutes prelim checkup and scans • 1 hour and 35 minute wait • 10 minutes with doctor • 2 minute checkout My original appointment made a year in advance was cancelled a month ago. UPenn also has great doctors in the area. I wonder if I can get some of my money back.

Great staff. Especially the office manager, she's there to help. We have Dr Hahn, he's caring, warm and details oriented. Explained tirelessly to all our questions.

Each doctor in the group is great. Very knowledgeable. They all explain your diagnosis so that you can understand.

They fit me in as an emergency. The staff guides you through each step with clear instructions. Very friendly and professional. Dr Kim was very reassuring and clear in his diagnosis and instructions. I was very impressed with everyone there.

Had an appointment at 9:15 got up at 10:19 to find out if i was still on the list and the front lady forgot to put my papers on the file so i never got called... The females in the front all have a bad attulitude for no reason.

After a routine visit to the eye doctor my mom found out she had leaking blood vessels and we needed to be seen by a retinologist asap. Called the office and they accommodated her immediately. We saw Dr. Kim. He is an excellent doctor, very thorough with his explanations and very patient. She is not scheduled for laser therapy and she is nervous but calm after speaking with Dr. Kim. Highly recommend him!!!!

Caution! Stay away from this place or expect to see the so called Dr in about 4 hours! Horrible place and the staff is rude.
