Doctor Ditkoff did not spend enough time. Always in a big rush. Doesn't answer. Too rude to be a doctor. Always just tells patients how good he is. I was rushed out of the door. It is very unpleasant. I gave it one star because the staffs are nice. Other doc at this location is good.

Doctor Gould is very patient and reassuring to his patients as well as caring and warm. Ensures you understand your condition. Would highly recommend him and his practice. Staff is friendly, but very busy...keep this in mind when interacting with them. They are doing their best to attend to all patients.

Good people terrible service. I made my first appointment in May. In September, I still do not have usable glasses. Simple reading glasses $357; 4 months in the making. I am scheduling appointment #4 to correct the prescription - I was offered October 6th.

This is an all service eye care center. They are very thorough, which takes longer, (appts take an hour or more) but these are your eyes and they are worth it. I wear one reader contact lens and recently had trouble fine tuning the fit and the prescription. Dr. Conroy spent as much time as it took to figure it out and now I can see with both eyes very well due to his efforts.
