Five stars are not enough to evaluate Dr. Matossian's practice at Doylestown location! We perceived every members of her staff to be, well trained knowledgeable professionals with courteous, and pleasant demeanor. Our exam was competently comprehensive. Our MD, as always, was right in referring us to Dr. Matossian. Indeed one of the best, if not the best, in our area. Her and her team, thrive for excellence. I don’t understand these other reviews. I have been Dr Matossian’s office for many years and have found the entire office nothing but kind and helpful. The appointments do tend to take a long time, but I think it is because they seem to constantly be cross training the staff. I’m all for education, so I just know to plan on being there for awhile. They are very thorough and competent.

Dr. Matossian is very knowledgeable, thorough and caring. Not only does she take good care of my eyes, but because I had accidentally scheduled a meeting too close to my eye appointment, they went to special trouble to make sure I was seen and taken care of quickly.

Horrible service. Called to speak with a woman named Kate...she was extremely rude over the phone and told me to get a clue on what I"m talking about when I call and slammed the phone down to hang up on me. Will NEVER refer anyone to this place. And I think Kate needs a wake up call in customer service. **(Had to give 1 star to post this ...but if it were up to me they would get ZERO)**
