I have always had a plesant experience with this office....issues were addressed

Dr Goldblatt is Very good, but I begged to never have any contact with Dr Kavanaugh, and they assigned her to do paperwork for a hospital test. I got a notice saying my procedure would not be covered by my insurance. Later , it was corrected. Previously, Dr Kavanaugh made me have a half hour vision test on a machine when I called to be seen for eye pain and dry eye. It was excruciating. She did not care. Then she dismissed me and said I did not have dry eye when I had been seen for over a year for it by another specialist in Sanford.

Only giving this a one star, because zero stars are not an option. I had a referral regarding my high intraocular pressure, the appointment was a 15min conversation about dry eyes ( which is a symptom from eye drops I take for the pressure), then i was dismissed and was told to not make appointments with them again. There was no help whatsoever from the Doctor and he was rude.

I have been going to Eyesight Opthalmic for many years, and have always been pleased with my experiences there. I see Dr. Haskell on a yearly basis. Dr. Haskell performs a thorough exam, very important for me since I have severe myopia. Choosing glasses ranks right down there for me with buying a bathing suit, but the staff is helpful in choosing frames that will not only look good, but work with my high prescription. I would definitely recommend Eyesight Opthalmic

I have been seeing Dr Haskell for a number of years for dry eyes. I have no complaint with her exam, or care. It is more of housekeeping issues such as, I was given another patients eye prescription and did not realize this until I got home. I called the office and they sent the correct prescription to my home. Also, 2 weeks after my appointment I still had not received my eye drops from my mail in pharmacy. I called eye sight and was told that it had not been faxed in and that they would tend to this today as I am almost out of my medication. My thoughts are that the staff need to tie up all loose ends of a visit. They seemed to be a bit rushed.

Was totally satisfied with both Dr Goldblatt and another dr

I have eye dryness problem and my eyes are sensitive to lights. I visited Eyesight hospital Somersworth. They were not able to find out the problem in my eyes, rather they suggested me to book an appointment to a primary care physician. I don't know how my eye problem is related to a primary care physician. Total waste of my time and money, Not satisfied.

Arrived on time. Waited for my appt for an hour. When I informed them that I could not wait any longer, the receptionist, who looked unfazed, actually asked if I would like to reschedule... there are typically very long waits that have gotten worse over the years. Today was the last straw.

I wait 35 minutes to see the eye doctor, I was the first appointment so I can imagine how long other people after me had to wait. When I finally saw the doctor she was very nice. I won’t be going back

When I submitted my paperwork to the State of NH for a medical exemption from the anti-car window tinting law, they told me that my note from my optometrist confirming my failure of his glare test wasn't sufficient and that I'd have to get their form signed by an MD or a DO. This led me to Eyesight Ophthalmic Services. After one of the administrative assistants showed all of my paperwork and the prescription from my optometrist to Dr. Warren S. Goldblatt (the owner of the business), the assistant told me Dr. Goldblatt accused me of attempted fraud and that he wouldn't accept me as a patient. Dr. Goldblatt didn't have the courage to make this assumptive, repulsive remark to me personally. Instead, he cowardly instructed his assistant to relay the message, which implicitly suggests he didn't think my optometrist was a competent doctor. As we all know, the culture of any business comes from the top down. If this is the type of unprofessional, obnoxious, offensive behavior that the owner of the business engages in with new patients, how will they treat you?

This morning I had an 8:50 appointment with Dr Kavanaugh. It was my first time at Eyesight Services. I am pleased to say that the staff at the reception desk were very pleasant and welcoming. Precisely at 8:50 my name was called and I was ushered into an examining room. Dr Kavanaugh appeared within three minutes. I would call that excellent service!

The only reason there is one star here is there not an option for zero. I went first see Marsha C. Kavanagh, M.D. Last December for chronic dry eyes. She recommend a regime of preservative free eye drops, refresh liquid gel drops , an ointment and , for which I now spend $60 per week on then warm compresses to "break up" the crusting around my eyelids and Then a couple months later I develop clouded vision in my right eye had a subsequent follow up with Dr Susan Haskell during which she recommend Sustain, so I asked them to forward the prescription to my VA primary care Dr so I could get the script through the VA. Haskell then referred me back to Kavanagh, who prescribed the same three over the counter drops, which were not working and a steroidal eye drop to clear the vision with a follow up in another two weeks the blurred vision had cleared but I explained that I had t was needing to use more and more of these very expensive drops to ease the burn No response from her just a vacuous stare NOTHING! Continue as you have next follow up i had JUST showered prior to the appt and my symptoms had ebbed as the do for a couple of hours after showing. . I again explained that yes at the moment my symptoms eased but I am using two boxes of $20 eye drops per week plus the gel, plus the ointment and warm compresses and NOT getting ANY prolonged relief! Again nothing from her and scheduled yet a another six week appt which I then cancelled because these people use patients as cash cows.. Scheduling follow up after follow up and DOING NOTHING TO EASE THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM! TOTAL waste of time and money not to mention Now I am back to clouded vision in my right eye constant secretions and burning. I am NEVER GOING BACK TO SEE THESE CLOWNS! You SHOULDN'T EITHER!
