Had my vision correction surgery November 2018. Though I have clearer vision overall, my vision varies greatly from day to day (sometimes even hour to hour) as well as from eye to eye. Some days my close vision is great (left eye) but my distance is shadowing. (double vision on top of the other letters, not double side-by-side) Some days my mid-vision is fine (in my car looking at the gauges) but my distance (can't see a street sign) is bad as well as my close vision (can't see the computer screen) is bad. Every time I go in for a follow-up, I'm told that my eyes are too dry, therefore distorting my vision. I've been using artificial tears DAILY since my procedure - most of the time putting drops in my eyes every hour, all day long. Last follow-up I was given an Rx for eyedrops that I put in my eyes once in the morning, once at night. They sting so badly that it's no wonder my eyes produce tears when I use these drops!! After putting in the Rx drops my eyes get bloodshot and literally burn for approx. 20-30 minutes afterwards. I'm super disappointed with the day to day struggle I have to see clearly. For the amount of money I spent on my eyes, you would think that my vision would have stabilized going into 4 months post-op. I have another follow-up scheduled on 4/9, so hopefully by then I'll be able to report that my vision has stopped going from good to bad & back again daily.

Unfortunately, I have to give them one star as a new patient who has not been seen. I called 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment for today (Friday 3:30pm). I arrived 10 minutes early and was never greeted once. I’m concerned about HIPPA as the sign in sheet was left out for everyone to read. The check in receptionist was polite but could use work on her professionalism and delivery. I received an email 10 minutes after I scheduled (2 weeks prior to today) with paperwork, which I returned the next day with copies of my ID and insurance card. The front desk asked me to fill out forms again and kept saying she didn’t know who the person was that I was speaking with. As a medical professional who has managed high volume offices, I personally understand how things can get busy and out of our hands, but the office could have been better staffed and trained to assist all of the patients they had in the lobby alone. After waiting 25 minutes and being told I’d wait another 30 minutes while they “build my chart” I canceled my appointment and left 17 minutes after my scheduled appointment time without even being checked in. Hopefully future patients can have a better experience than I did, but I will be finding another office. My health and safety is way too important to me to risk getting lasik eye surgery at an office I find to be unprepared and unorganized.

I went in for an insurance covered eye exam. On the way there I got an eyelash or something in my eye which caused some redness and irritation. Even though I told them what the problem was they said the needed to treat the eye exam like a medical exam and charge me $200! Horrible and unethical! I left without an exam and will never go back again. Oh and by the time I left my eye redness had cleared up.

If I could I would give zero Stars! This place is horrible my mom when in for an eye exam twice within a few weeks both times she got an eye infection!!! They must not sterilize their instruments!! She has had plenty of eye exams and never had this problem!!! Then she calls for a prescription and 6 hrs later no phone call had to go to the office in order to get things taken care of and then on top of that the receptionist said well Dr wasn't here!! That's what phones are for call and get an approval!!! Its called a refill same medication from a couple weeks ago!!!! Dont go here unless you want to get eye infections after every exam!!!!!

I was ready for the cataract surgery. Dr. Park and his staff explained the process, which almost took longer than the operation. One thing that eally impressed me is their close adherence to schedule. When they sa be there at 10:40 AM, you will be seen at 10:40 AM. I am very pleased with the results and their follow-up care is real.

Amazing overall experience! They have the absolute best staff! Amish is truly amazing, she doesn't just work their she lives her job she is happy to be there and what she is doing. She does her job better then the description when you apply also theirs another woman their blonde with glasses i feel awful for forgetting her name but she is just as amazing she helped me pick out my glasses and they looked as good and she said they did on me! Haha! She truly took her time to explore the selection they have to find something fitting for me! They both are great conversationalists! I have no problem coming back here!

I'm 63; only had an eye exam twice before and my vision was better then. The exam went well - on time, pleasant technician (if that is the terminology) did all the work and then met with the doctor. Also, quick, professional and friendly. Just don't buy any prescription glasses from their shop - never having purchased prescription glasses before I had no frame of reference as to what the price would be. Shame on me for not doing more homework on pricing and the availability to get prescription glasses at Costco or at an online retailer. So I ended up paying TRIPLE what a set would cost at Costco or online. Seems to me that any business that gouges you like that you should be cautious of their other business practices.

The staff and the Doctor who did the procedure were all very kind, which made me feel comfortable with going into the surgery. I definitely recommend this surgery for anyone with bad eye sight! It really is life changing.

The office and staff are great and friendly. They seem to be using high quality equipment. They do the whole screening in one day which is great. I would preferred to have spoken to a person about pricing before I did the whole process because that is one thing I was not satisfied with and the reason I had the procedure done across the street. They also only do the lasik on Thursdays which was a conflict. The price after my insurance discounts still came out higher than what the average price for bladeless custom lasik is. Overall everything seemed great but the price was about $400 to high Total was $4,400
