I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff! They made me feel like I had been coming there for years, even though it was my first time! I was very impressed with the technology and all the equipment they had, compared to the old "chain optical" places I have gone. They gave me a very thorough exam, and I learned things that an eye doctor has never told me about my eyes. From the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors, then lastly, optical, I had a great experience. Would highly recommend!

Not sure how they continue to win Best of Omaha. When I was a patient there, one of the assistants told me a horror story about a guy with contacts, and I also bought a pair of glasses that had an extremely bad design, while you would clean them the nose pad would break off. They like to give you the run around on getting it fixed, and will blame you for things. Glad I switched to a different place!!!

My husband, daughter, and I all love going here. Both Doctors are very thorough, and take their time to explain everything in order that you understand. The wait is never too long, and we love that we can forego getting our eyes dialated if we want by using the digital machine instead. It is well worth paying just a little extra! The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful and make you feel comfortable. They are all very good with children. My daughter is ten, and they did great with her. She really wanted glasses, but 'unfortunately', Dr. Langford had to break the news to her that she didn't need them. The way he went about communicating this to her was very clever. I highly recommend Omaha Primary EyeCare to any family looking for quality eye care.

Since I had retina surgery many years ago, getting glasses has become a pain. I need them adjusted a certain way to maintain focus and certain frames are out of the question due to my prescription. Tina really helped with frame selection and got an older pair of glasses back to being comfortable while I wait for new lenses in another pair. That was the first time I ever worked with her so I was impressed.

Emily and (I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she is pregnant) were super helpful in picking out glasses. They made the experience fun and relaxing. Rachel was so great with the contacts. I have always loved coming to OPE and always reccomend you to anyone looking for an eye care provider. Dr. Langford is awesome! He answers any question I have and always takes his time with you. I have never felt rushed during my appointments. Everyone seems to really enjoy working there, and it shows. You guys rock!

My wife, daughters and I have been seeing Dr. Kubica and her staff for about 15 years now. That should be testament itself for the level of eye care provided by her and the very helpful staff. Dr. Kubica is very professional and always takes the time to explain what is going on with the health of my eyes. Along with the use of the Opti-Map machine (well worth the $30!) she was able to spot a tear in my retina, find a few freckles on my eye, and examine the overall health of my eye. She reviews what she finds with you so you have a good understanding of what is going on in there. My wife and I highly recommend her and her staff.

Bought 2 pairs of Oakley’s prescription glasses from them paid over 400.00 for each pair and the coating is peeling take them in and they tell me to call Oakley to see if they will replace or repair them so I call (you can’t talk to a live person) so you have to file a claim on line so I go to do this and when you get to the end it tells you we don’t cover prescription lenses call the optical company you purchased them from. Be nice if they knew their own products and what is covered. Won’t be using this company or Oakley again both are jokes and take your money.
