I have used Dr. Arkfeld for my daughter for 9 years now and we absolutely adore him. He is very pleasant and soft spoken. We have also used Dr. Parson for our other children for over 3 years and she is absolutely amazing as well. She is very friendly with the children and makes sure to explain things so they can understand them as well as the parent. The office staff is extremely friendly and they are always offer refreshments:) I can't say enough good things about this office. We love every single person we have come into contact with there and have had nothing but pleasant experiences.

Dr Menke was personable and professional! Dr Menke did botex on my forehead and it is absolutely amazing! I will never go anywhere else! The entire staff was incredible!

Dr. Menke did Botox on my forehead and crows feet. Super happy with the results. Highly recommend. If you need lids done, he can also do that. Will return.

I don't think I can say enough good stuff about Ilumin. I have had 5 procedures done there and all have gone exceptionally well. I have seen / used Drs Arkfeld and Parson for all of my procedures and they are truly the best in their respective fields. I even had a retina tear on a Saturday and both Drs Parson and Arkfeld made special trips in to confirm the tear and do a same day fix. I really don't know what more you could ask for in a medical professional. Their post op care and follow up is of course top notch as well as is the staff at both facilities in Omaha. I truly mean it when I say that i believe both Drs Arkfeld and Parson are Rock Stars! I owe my vision to both of them and will be eternally grateful to them both!

I went there with my friend and we waited while one person at the eye wear area took care of a customer, she was talking to the customer for 15 minutes and there was nobody else to take care of me , I waited another 10 minutes and decided I’d come back later . 3 days later I returned and only one person taking care of people, there was 1 customer, myself and another person waiting. Terrible customer service and the older lady at the reception center just laughed as I decided that I wasn’t waiting and left , telling the other person to take my place. Bunch of old fat ladies at the reception desk that are so rude, arrogant and disrespectful!

I figured it was time for glasses. Can't see anything close up. A friend recommended Illumin Eye in Regency. He found a freckle on the back of my eyeball and then told me readers are fine for a few more years then when I get sick of taking them on and off I can think about bifocals. Talk about integrity! Four years ago the guy in the eye place at ShopKo warned me if I didn't buy (their) bifocals right then my eyes would be ruined in a couple of years. Highly recommend!!! Also, I got there 20 minutes early and they took me right in. The appointment took about an hour. I saw other reviews complaining about the time. First, it's an eye appointment! They dialate your eyes, they perform multiple tests and exams - it's not a drive through! Second, they take the time to explain in detail how vision in general works and how yours isn't working properly. If that not worth 90 minutes of your time a year then you've got issues, not them!
