Dr. Taylor and his staff were very professional and helpful. I was switching contacts from my old brand and also having to get astigmatism versions. He walked me through each step, didn't push the pricy option, but the one that was best for me. We had 2-3 follow-up meetings to ensure a proper fit. I can't say enough good things about Ideal Eye Care staff and Dr Taylor. My wife and I usually go to a well-known clinic in Omaha but needed to get in on short notice and tried Ideal Eye Care. We came away clients for life! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr Taylor was personable and professional. I have a very complicated prescription and he was able to get me seeing 20/20 and into great fitting contacts in half the time of most eye doctors I've been to. I am so appreciative of Dr Taylor and his staff. When I went to two previous optometry places they were unable to, after multiple tries, to get my lens correct. When I went to Dr Taylor, he asked for a previous pair of glasses (after I had shared the previous issues with him) that had a different kind of lens in them, that worked for my eyes. He looked at the name brand and ordered special the lens that had worked. A SPECIAL THANKS TO THEM for putting forth the extra time and effort!!!
