Eye Physicians PC is a great place to work!

I had an appointment at 1:15 pm w/ Dr. Baldwin. I arrived 25 minutes early as requested. The front desks staff were verry efficient & had me checked in quite swiftly. The physicians assistant called me in withinin 5 minutes of my appointment time. From there, my eyes were checked, pressure checked for glaucoma, & a refraction & images of the back of the eyes were taken. Directly after that, Dr. Baldwin came in to see me. He checked to see if I had any questions and to discuss the results of retnal images. He said he was pleased with the outcome of the tests. I am an insulin dependent diabetic so it is important that I have a through eye exam once a year. I was very pleased with my experience at Eye Physicians PC.

It seems like every time I go there I wait a little longer each time! Last time I was there for over 2 hours and still didn't get the procedure I was suppose to get, and what do they say oh i'm sorry and that's going to make everything OK that's BS!! I'm looking for a knew place to go. They think everybody has free time to sit around and wait for them!!

I called to schedule an appointment with a different doctor and unaware that Exact Eye Care turned into Eye Physicians I went to the wrong address only to find out that the office was dark and empty. I called the number which I assume was forwarded and got a rude receptionist that said your not even seeing that doctor. How in the world was I supposed to know? I simply called as a new patient to schedule an appointment. If the addressed change they should notify the person on the other end of the phone. They lost a new patient.

Everyone did a excellent job when I came in to have some work done on my eye on Sept 9th the receptionist,the nurse or doctors aid that did my check up,Dr. Baldwin and his nurse, they explained to me what was on the lid of my eye and what could be done. After I decided to have it surgically removed they explained what to expect and They did a excellent job of removing the piece of skin from my eye lid ( and it didn’t even hurt
