Had taken my daughter to see him for several years. He barely spends anytime with patients, does not listen to what issues or problems are. Kept trying to put my daughter in glasses when her vision is fine and it was ending up hurting her vision. Will never go back to Sabastian Troia again.

Dr. Sebastian Troia was great with our son who at the time was 6 months old. He is the first of our children to need glasses and Dr. Troia answered all of our questions.

My 3 year old was brought in two times since birth for bloodshot eyes and three generations before him with congenital glaucoma. We were dismissed and told there was nothing wrong. The other night we noticed one pupil not responding to light and luckily my wife knew enough to take him back in and make them look again. After several other doctors have looked at our child they have said the damage from glaucoma had been going on a long time that it wasnt something new. I would steer as far away from this doctor as possible, sadly our childs vision was damaged from his lack of caring about doing a good job.

I agree with Curt, we are working through double billing nightmares. Dr Troia did a great job with my kids but his office staff could use some overhauling.

Absolutely amazing. My daughter loves seeing him. She considers him her best friend. He's always friendly and helpful. I don't know what we would do without him helping our daughter. She had to have emergency surgery and he's been with us every step of the way.

The doctor is great. This clinic however is HORRIBLE!!! Rude people who don't know what they are doing. Beware of them putting charges you did not authorize above and beyond the normal office visit and its not covered under any medical plan. Very tricky place. Like I said the Doc is good at what he does but expect a financial nightmare dealing with the incompetent workers there.

Kids saw Dr Troia for years. He is supposed to be the best. Getting appointment is a STRUGGLE putting it mildly. So we opted to schedule with Dr Weirda, she’s a great Dr as well. The staff however is terrible. We were referred to make appointment for contact lense fittings for our 14 yr old, told we should be able to get in right away, she is playing softball and needs them now. FIVE WEEKS before we could get an appointment. So they said we could take prescription elsewhere to get it filled. Tried, was told we needed specific prescription for contacts. Called numerous times over 4 day span to be told we’d have to go through exam process all over again to get filled / fitted somewhere else. The nurse Emily was very rude and clearly kept wanting to just ‘get off’ phone not trying to help find solution.
