I've been going to see Dr. Threat since I first noticed I couldn't read stuff off the white board in the Kindergarten. My insurance didn't cover me going to him for a couple years and I payed out of pocket. When I switched to contacts at the age of 7, he spent weeks trying new lenses and checking the fit after a couple days for free until we found the right pair for me. The ladies in there are super nice, especially Val. It's definitely a small independent little business and it has a of small town feel to it. (the receptionists know my name and ask how my mom is doing by name) Surprised to see negative reviews on him, I have always been more than happy with the service I received.

1st time visit and was kept waiting over an hour in an exam room! As if that wasn't bad enough, I almost fainted when I saw the bill for over $500 just for a contact check visit!! 6 months later, I try to get my prescription from their office to order contacts through someone less expensive...what a nightmare! NOTHING IS SIMPLE!
