The staff here is horrible. I spoke with Terry the supervisor regarding an issue I has with my glasses. He was very condescending. I can see why the staff is rude and very unapologetic. What can you expect when you have a leader like Terry. The Doctors are great but they really need to do something about the staff they have in the office. They don't go over the policy or warranty. Now I am screwed out of glasses. If I want the same pair of glasses I have to pay full price. They think 25% off is going to help when the glasses cost about $400. I gave it 1 star because I had to but really I would have rate it 0 stars.
