If less than 1 star were available I would give that. The care given there is acceptable and what you should expect. The billing department however is a trainwreck. Mary(the only person who seems to be in the billing department) doesn't appear to know how to return calls. When you do finally get ahold of her after calling several days in a row, she is completely unhelpful. The situation is two appointments appear to have been billed incorrectly. She's unwilling to look, research or even talk about what happened. She's rude, confrontational and doesn't want to help or even give the appearance of helping. If you do have the misfortune of having to use this facility, please expect your bill to be incorrect, incorrectly handled and probably fraudulently filed with your insurance carrier. I finally gave up and bill because it wasn't worth my continued frustration. Paying 70 dollars to never have to deal with Mary again is well worth it.

Deserves negative stars. Giving them 1 is way too much credit. Sat in the waiting room for over an hour. I was tempted to go in and check my eyes myself — I probably would’ve done a better job.

I have on coming glaucoma and issues on eyes and i found this place to be amazing..the doctors were wonderful and i trust them completely..they r wonderful after all i have been thru and learned alot i would recommend these doctors and their staff..alot of people i know have changed their doctors and switched to the tekwani vison center and are very pleased...they have also a very carin staff and it helps with all my family members and our kids...

The doctors are great here! Whether you are in need of a yearly eye exam, diabetic exam, glaucoma treatment, refractive surgery, or of course cataract surgery- these doctors can be meet your needs. Another piece of mind is the surgeons are incredible and can be trusted. It’s truly a wonderful practice!

Dr. Navin Tekwani performed my double cataract surgery and my results have exceeded my expectations. Tekwani Vision was helpful in explaining the pros and cons of each type of lens. After doing additional research, I chose the multifocal IOL with the laser option and I don’t need glasses for anything: reading, paperwork, computer work, driving, watching television. Colors are brighter, textures have more definition and… my clothes match! The process was well orchestrated from start to finish. The procedure was quick, painless, and it was like looking at an underwater sea adventure. The staff is friendly and compassionate; my aftercare was well-managed with a lot of teamwork. All the doctors in this practice are nice and each one offered a different perspective on my healing process. If you have eye issues, I encourage you to visit Tekwani Vision Center and see what you’re missing.

I recently had a tear in my retina that was repaired at the Retina Institute. They referred me to Dr. Jones for regular eye exams. In my opinion, Dr. Jones was friendly, willing to listen, and did a great job. I occasionally do portrait and wedding photography and have always been interested in LASIK surgery. She gave me some great general information regarding color fidelity and longevity for LASIK versus Clear Lens Exchange (which I had never heard of). I would highly recommend Dr. Jones and Tekwani Vision Center.
