I personally would recommend this office to anyone because of the care that was given to me. This office was recommended to me from the ER. At that time I had no medical insurance but in need of emergency care and they didn't turn me away. I would like to thank the doctors and staff for helping me when i really needed them. From the bottom of my heart and my family once again we would like to say thank you.

Staff who answers the phone are rude and have no beside manner. I came in so much pain .. I was crying. My eyes were burning. On my way there the receptionist contacted me and let me know I had a 150 bill that had to be paid or I couldn’t be seen despite the situation. I have excellent healthcare benefits and double coverage. I asked her for the claim information so I could call my insurance company.. her response was.. i can cancel the appoint for you..I was taken back because I just wanted to call my insurance company to see why they didn’t pay and have them pay it. I had to repeat myself so many times. And explain why I needed the appoint to stay scheduled..She gave me the hardest time and after going back and forth she finally gave it to me. Turns out Last year when I was seen for the same situation... in 2018 .. they did not submit the claim and had the wrong info until feb of 2019 which is why it was denied . The receptionist was very rude saying it didn’t matter and that I would either pay or not be see and the insurance company will reimburse me..I called my claim rep and he called them and said no since this was their mistake they will resubmit the claim and be paid accordingly. From then when I came in. In tears.. in extreme pain I waited close to 25 minutes to be seen. They were very rude did not so much as bat an eye .. no beside manner.. the doctor was nice but if they allow this type of behavior I do not recommend.. on top of that the doc says she doesn’t know why my eyes are swelling and writes me a prescription.. sending me out the office in pain.. I needed to change where the pharmacy to a different location the staff still gave me the hardest time. Never asked me was I ok. Never showed any empathy. Just cold short . And unfriendly.. RACISM IS SUTTLE IT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN BLATANT.. BUT IN EVERY WAY THEY SHOWED THEY DID NOT CARE FOR ME AS A PATIENT AND HAD NO REGARD FOR HOW I MAY HAVE BEEN FEELING IN THAT MOMENT.. DO NOT GO HERE THAT IS MY TRUEST RECOMMENDATION.. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY & UN ORGANIZED..

The pediatrician thought my 3 year old needed glasses. We went here, AWFUL. He was scared the whole time, they did nothing to help comfort him or make the eye exam any comfortable. He had no idea what the 'symbols' were so he was unable to identify them, not because he couldn't see them, but because he didn't know what they were (even I had trouble with identifying one). The doctor, Merriman, was very rude and seemed annoyed by our presence. She became frustrated when my son wouldn't look where she wanted him to, and tried to actually hold his head still-which did not go over well with him or me . Staff was not friendly. Optical shop was nice, good selection and the woman there was nice (only reason for the 1 star). Go elsewhere for your childs sake.
