This man was rude and arrogant. He insulted me at least three times in the 5 minutes I was in his office. He wanted to take a picture of my eye because it had a genetic deformity and it was "wierd" and if anyone ever asked him, he wanted to be able to say he had a picture of it. When I challenged whether the insurance would cover it, he said they would and if they didn't he would pay for it. The arrogance of this man was appalling! Someone in his office needs to lovingly tell him this is not acceptable behavior for a man who calls himself "doctor". the only reason there is even a one star is because this won't post without a rating. His staff was 5 stars.

As several others have indicated, Dr. Becker provides excellent care for his patients. Quite a few years ago, he cared for my mother who had Macular Degeneration. I began seeing Dr. Becker at that time. He has been so professional in caring for my eyes...and so patient in answering all my questions. Dr. Becker and his excellent staff are always ready to take care of all my needs. ..and make any visit a pleasure!

Had my eyes checked yesterday. I have an irrational fear of doctors but dr Becker always puts me at ease with his wonderful dry sense of humor. He is relatable, kind but most importantly he is smart and thorough. He saved me a ton of money with a creative solution to glasses for my difficult eye Rx. I'm making an appointment for my husband today he hasn't had his eyes checked in years. I know Dr Becker will help him.

I had an appointment with Dr William Becker, June 20, 2018. It was a wonderful experience. He. Was very thorough with the exam. His assistants were very thorough as well and explained everything they were doing. Dr. Becker went through everything with you and explained what he was doing. The .Dr and his assistants also had a lot of patience. I would definitely recommend him to do your eye exam.

I discovered Dr Becker years ago when my father in law was losing his sight - He was able to deal with the most difficult person I have ever known and I have been going to him ever since. I am diabetic and he keeps an eagle on on me at all times. Super service and great product line for gals my age who are losing eyelash and eyebrow hair. I am writing on behalf of my husband who has been under Dr Becker's care for years. Recently a very serious issue came up related to his glaucoma. Dr. Becker took the time to evaluate, contact other doctors in the field, and those doctors already working on my husbands issues. I was most impressed because Dr. Becker took the time to immediately address a serious problem over two days/evenings/and into the weekend. The promptness in which you are seen is incredible compared to most doctors I've been to; never having to wait more than 10 minutes and usually less at South County Eye Care. The staff is wonderful - helpful, courteous and cheerful - qualities not always seen especially late in the work day!
