I am a totally blind person that originally went in for some state required paperwork, however once I was there the doctors seem concerned with my general eye health and helping me care for myself in that aspect in the future, staff was helpful in getting everything accomplished that I needed to, if you need assistance I recommend this place, please don’t take your eyes for granted

It was a terrible experience. My wife & eye test & my wife after testing was given a set of contacts that were unusable. Double billed for some some services. Long wait between each service. Totally inept with dealing with our insurance.

I have been going here since I was a child. I have had the option of going to others as I've moved from city to city, and have in a pinch, but try to save my appointments for when I am visiiting home as no other doctor compared to Dr. Kessler, and before he retired Dr. Ott, and Dr Spurrier. Dr. Ott had caught a rare eye condition I have as a child that shocked the specialists - they couldn't believe it has been noticed. Since then I've seen Dr Spurrier and in recent (many) years Dr. Kessler. He's a top notch Dr. and person, and I always look forward to our few minutes from chatting. And not a single member of their staff hasn't been top notch as well, whether when scheduling appointments or ordering new contact lenses. It's a shame one harsh review has dragged their rating below where it deserves to be: 5 stars.

Never rushes an exam and answers every question asked until one is completely satisfied. I drive 50 miles to remain her patient so that should say something about how I feel about her.
