Waited 3 weeks so I could get the OD I had the first 2 years and got there and it was a different person. The staff never said a word why there was a switch. Then the pair of glasses I got did not work needed to get a second eye check. Once again waited 3 weeks to get the previous OD, when I get there it is yet another person we no comment from staff. Hopefully the second pair of glasses work. I won't be back since they won't schedule you with who you ask for.

They never gave me my prescription for my first pair of glasses from them. Lost my glasses and have been just about blind for 6 months now because I have no prescription. They promised via 3 phone calls to mail my prescription to me (after telling telling me it expires after one year, which has already passed), and NEVER did. Horrible service and illegal practice.
