I should have gone to LENSCRAFTERS at MID RIVERS, every time they have my glasses ready within a day or 2 tops even with a new prescription, this is the 3rd time I have had to go tp Lake STL Meadows due to my location and will not be going back here. They always tell you 2-3 weeks for pick up then call you on pick up day or day before and push you off.

Nice people but they always seem to be running behind schedule. My husband and I already had our frames chosen, yet still spent longer than 1.5 hours there. Because of this, I doubt we will be back.

I was having trouble with pain and itching in my right eye and Dr. Ulrich saw me right away on a Saturday morning. She prescribed some over the counter allergy drops and recommended I see my regular optometrist on Monday due to some other things going on with my eyes besides just allergies. She said if I had any problems, I could come in later on Saturday or Sunday. She was very caring, knowledgeable and professional.

My husband and I booked our appointment a year ago. This is our third year coming to this location. The process takes entirely too long. I arrived at 4:45 for a 5pm appointment - there was 1 other customer in the store. I did not do the pre-exam until 5:15pm. I did not see the doctor until 5:40pm. I did not leave the office until 6:20pm. I had picked out my frames before I even got examined so I'm not sure what took so long other than a very chatty pre-exam. Which was ironic because she was complaining about how chatty the previous customer (a child) was, but could not stop telling me her life story. That was my issue with the in store experience. My other issue was with their glasses selection and price. Three years at this same store - and they rarely get new styles. They definitely aren't up on the latest trends in eyewear. There were probably only 3 frames that were my style - but not exactly what I wanted. The worst part is that it cost me almost $700 to get my new frames and progressive lenses with great eye insurance! I should have just ordered out of network on Warby Parker and gotten an attractive, stylish pair of lenses for under $300.

Went to this location on the 07/13/2019 where I received a eye exam and bought contacts. The staff was very polite and the Dr was very patient as I attempted to get my contacts in. My overall experiemce was very good. And to top it off I called to see if I could buy some trials that I could wear until my order came in. The staff said they would have to check with the Dr in which they did and they promptly called me back and told me to come in and that they would take care of me .My total experience was more than what I expected and I will be coming back.

Eye exam went good. I chose to get glasses. I was told at the time I had 90 days from time of eye exam to also be fitted for contacts.. when I called within the 90 days I was told I would need another eye exam,so they could charge me again. I was told from the beginning it would just be a simple fitting not an expensive new eye exam.. it's all about the money and not service as promised. Very disappointing I would not recommend this location.

Very poor customer service. I went in asking a couple of questions, which were shot down immediately and I was talked over like I didn’t mean anything to them. Lost a customer, and wouldn’t recommend them.

Recently moved to LSL, went in for appt last month and was greeted as I entered. Went back right away for pre-exam, and immediately went into exam room w/Dr. Very nice lady and she understood my concerns and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I looked around at some glasses, and tried some on, but had to leave for another appt elsewhere. I am returning this evening to finally pick out glasses.
