Very happy with my first visit! Jan was great as she did the initial consultation and Dr Hedgpath was helpful and took her time evaluating my horrible vision, and helping make sure that I got just the right prescription for my difficult left eye. Then when it came time to pick out the glasses, the staff was great giving their opinions on what looked best on me. I would definitely recommend the office to anyone looking for a new optometrist! I've never seen the Optometrist here, but I come here for my glasses every year. They work with my insurance and they've been patient with me. If anything happens to my glasses, I just bring them in and they will do their best to repair them. I'm very happy with the service I have received from Eyes on Missouri.

The staff is very helpful at Eyes on Missouri. It was very quick to get in, the wait was almost nil and they have a full service dispensary. Dr. Hedgepath seemed knowledgeable and well practiced. I did feel a little rushed in the exam but most of my concerns were addressed. I used to go to a very well-known eye doctor in the area and hated my experience with the previous eye doctor so I was glad to have someone who seemed to be on que with my issues. I also take my son there. I did find that they had many frames available. I would like to see some more affordable options as even with insurance, they were pricey. Jessie S.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, super-flexible when it comes to scheduling. Lots of high quality frames to choose from plus a very good selection of budget frames, and they stay current with trends. Dr. Hedgpath conducts a complete and thorough exam and notices any changes in my eyes quickly. I've gotten glasses at a couple of different places, and her prescriptions are the most accurate. Now I don't go anywhere else.

The whole experience from getting the eye exam, picking out the frames, the customer service and having my glasses ready before they were promised was EXCEPTIONAL! They have a very nice selection of designer frames to choose from!! They also apply your insurance on the spot.

At my last appoinment one of the staff members remembered my daughter after not being in there for a year. That to me shows that the staff and the doctors take pride in their jobs. Very professional and friendly care from the optometrist and assistant. Good information and willingness to answer all my questions. Not to be negative, but I did feel that the people in the receptionist area were somewhat disorganized and distracted from quickly waiting on me. They seemed a little too involved in their own conversations and "Oh, just a minute. Now let's see..." about me. This was brief and subtle. I was well-served and satisfied. I just wanted to let you know to help bring the professionality of the whole office to excellence. Thank you. Looking forward to dealing with you long-term.

I love going to Dr. Hedgpath! She is always so friendly as are all of the ladies in the office. They remember me and ask about my kiddos and family and it is truly a great experience. Recently, my son didn't do so well on an eye screening at school so I made an appointment for him. He wasn't too sure about wearing glasses and he and I didn't agree on frames. I have been a patient of Dr. Palmer's and then Dr. Hedgpath's for 35 years. Dr. Hedgpath and her technician who does the preliminary eye tests for her are great. Her front desk staff, however, are some of the most incompetent, immature, and unprofessional people I've ever encountered in a private business. Over the last several years, appointments have been lost, glasses and/or contacts have been at the office for weeks without my family or me being notified, unprofessional and immature comments have been made in front of customers, etc. Several people with whom I work have experienced the same issues. Dr. Hedgpath is the only reason I remain a customer.

Brittney at the front desk was amazing at making sure I received my prescription to take to a location that had my brand of contacts in stock. When the prescription was sent the first time incorrectly, she was wonderful at speaking with the doctor to get the correct one to me. She then called me directly to make sure I got the new script! I love going there! The entire staff is soo friendly and welcome me by name every time I come in and I usually go about once a year, and to me it means a lot if they remember me by name. Everyone there loves their job and what they do so its always a great experience to go there and warm environment to be in. Dr. Hedgpath is fantastic. She worked with me for several months when I switched to contacts. She was very patient as we tried several different pairs. Then the other day when I went I was out of contacts and she gave me a pair to hold me over until mine came in. They're always willing to help and they do it with the biggest smile. I never want to go to a different eye doctor. Hedgpath Eyecare will be where I take my daughter if she needs any sort of eyecare. They are the best. I highly recommend them. WONDERFUL people!!
