I have went to Dr Weixeldorfer for years and he and his staff are always great to work with. They have newly expanded space with a new waiting area and customer area. Staff seemed to be behind when I was last there because I had to wait for over 20 minutes past my scheduled time to be taken back to an exam room.

They feel ok but they are more than double the price compared to online. Found them for $30 a 90 days worth, I think they said they were $70 a box? Never buying here again.

Terrible customer service in the eye glass frame department! It took me 30 minutes just to pick up some glasses!! When I went to pick up my sons glasses, of which I was told would be quick, no appointment needed. Nobody was at the service desk, the only attendant in there was assisting a customer and completely ignored me while I waited patiently just to figure out if I was in the right place to pick up glasses when this lady got up, walked right past me and went into the back still completely igoring me. Then I finally went next door asked one of the eye check up ladies where I should go and they pointed me back to the empty room. I went back over and waited patiently at the counter to have this lady walk out, mumbling something to me that sounded like you’ll have to wait under her breath as she briskly walked by. I could hear people in the back laughing loudly and carrying on a loud conversation but no one ever came out to the counter. After a few more minutes of waiting there I went to my car and came back in to sit in the waiting room. About another 10 minutes the customer leaves, the attendant wordlessly disappears to the back and then came out hollering at me from the counter while I was still sitting in the waiting room if there was something I needed. I told her I just needed to pick up some eye glasses, without another word she goes to the back and I go sit back down in the waiting room. She then comes out, sits at her desk still not saying anything to me. Unsure if she found them I walk over to where she’s sitting at her desk before I sit or say anything she shoves this paper at me saying its my VPN without explaining what that might be, a soft cloth wipe and an eyeglass case. I then stalked off completely done with this lady swearing to never return. I’ve worked in healthcare for 17 years and have served all sorts of types of people in the ER and ICU setting and I would never dream of talking to a patient or customer this way. So unprofessional and just an overall nasty lady to deal with.

I have had issues with my eyes do to a brain injury so having a doctor that knows what he's doing and that cares has been very important. Dr. John Taylor is a wonderful doctor. He is very careful, through, and explains everything . 15 years ago I had ER issues with my retina, and he has followed me every year since. I trust him. He also removed a foreign object from my eye, when we went camping and I was injured. He is quite personable, and I look forward to seeing him , for my yearly check up. How many of you can say you look forward to a check up? I do. I highly recommend him. He will give you a recipe before you leave. It’s kind of his trade mark. Both of us have bifocal contact needs, and Dr. Rob has been excellent with each of us in reviewing viable options for bifocal contact lenses, and has provided us with trials for different types. Very tricky getting fitted successfully for bifocal contacts. They use the latest tools as well. Dr. Rob has always been very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in our annual exams and fittings, and we would highly recommend him.
