I wanted to let you know that I had an appointment for today in St James. I waited for twenty five minutes and then I asked your secretary how much longer it would be. She said another twenty minutes. I took off work and waited for two weeks for an appointment. I was very disappointed. I then told her I was leaving. After I left, I called back to possibly reschedule. She then said she would have to switch computers and placed me on hold. I waited on hold for six minutes. I then hung up. I am extremely disappointed in your service. I want you to shread all my information that your office made copies of. I will inform everyone I know about your unprofessional service.

I had my eyes checked. He told me they no longer prescribed the brand of contacts (a leading brand). He then proceeded to fit me for a brand of contacts that I’d never worn, that very clearly made me uncomfortable. I said I didn’t like them, and he told me that was the closest thing they had to what I used to wear. A simple online search led me to find they did in fact still sell my brand of contacts, and that the facility I was getting my contacts from did not carry them. I could have ordered online, but then the facility wouldn’t make any money from selling the contacts to me. Crappy experience and I don’t think he got my prescription right either. I saw better out of my old glasses than my new.

Very rude staff the receptionist was even worse had to go back 5 times to get my glasses adjusted right and when I went there to get some lens cleaning supplies since I was a previous customer and she said well that stuff is not free just fyi !

All I can say I that he goes above and beyond to help. I have many health issues and he makes sure that my eyes are taken care of during this process. Excellent beside manner and so caring!! I can not say enough .. The office staff is also awesome and very accommodating.Thanks all of you for taking good care of me. Very caring!!!!! Highly recommend him to everyone..
