Great Doctor, Great Staff, Great Care. Doctor Kevin and his staff have my 82 year old mother seeing better than she has seen for years. She was a little reluctant to have her cataract surgery, but Doctor Kevin's patience explaining the procedure, (low) risks, and post procedure care helped her gain confidence in her decision to have her cataracts removed. Doctor Kevin is now my eye doctor too. My new contact prescription has me seeing great as well.

Very professional practice from the front desk staff, to the technicians, to Dr. Luong. Dr Luong told me about a potential problem in my left eye that could lead to glaucoma. He will check it every months and treat if needed. I have had eye check ups at another eye doctor for over 25 years, but never received this diagnosis or information . I am most impressed and grateful for the awesome eye care I received ! Do yourself and your eyes a favor, go see Dr Luong and the professionals at Complete Eye Care. You deserve the best!!

Very friendly staff and doctors. I saw Dr Luong for a full comprehensive which was painless and easy to complete. Walked out with a new script for my glasses. Was able to pick them up within 5 days! Would highly recommend

Gerlach did cataracts in each eye with lenses. Vision was not good and he did a cornea scrape process on one eye. Results were poor. Then referred me to a cornea specialist and no improvement. After calling both doctors several times I didn't get a response. In the mean time I have trouble driving, watching tv, steps and curbs are a problem. I DON"T KNOW WHERE TO GO FROM HERE!!!

Very deceptive on costs. They went through with me before my appointment a 44 dollar fee that my insurance might not cover, after the appointment was over they charged me a 150 dollar contact fitting fee that my insurance doesn't cover. There was no mention of this fee before the appointment. I would have gladly taken my prescription and ordered contacts online. If they were an honest business they would have highlighted the 150 dollar fee before my appointment.

I have worn contact lenses for a long time and have always just been ok with them: the lenses were getting dry and irritated towards the end of the day. Once I came here and discussed all the options available, we chose a new contact lens together that no longer dries out or becomes irritated.

I usually restrict myself to one descriptive noun so as not to come across cliche and fake, but if I didn't include hospitality, warmth, and professionalism, I'd be doing CEC a disservice. Dr. Luong and staff went above and beyond to make my experience one that can only be described in a verbose way. If I could give 10 stars rather than 5, I wouldn't hesitate. That said, 10 out of 10 times, will be back. When Complete Eye Care stares deeply into my eyes I know it's real.

This will be my first and last visit. I waited almost an hour for my exam and then they tried to sell me gas perm lenses at twice the price of 1-800 Contacts, with an assurance that the price they offered was true across the board and they were not trying to rip me off. When I asked for my prescription to be given to me to shop around, it took from July 3 to August 22 to get my prescription from them with all pertinent information. When they originally sent my prescription to me, they left off basic information so i could not shop around. This took several phone calls to accomplish. I will be sure to tell my friends, family and complete strangers about my poor experience.
